Description
The Glitchstorm Hammer is a powerful combat item that adds a short withering storm to every living target you hit or use the hammer on. The storm visually marks its victim with glowing energy while applying Wither II.
The hammer also provides an additional +8 attack damage.
| Item | Function |
|---|---|
| Glitchstorm Hammer | A single-stack weapon that triggers Glowing, Wither II, portal particles, smoke, and a Wither sound on living targets |
Hold the Glitchstorm Hammer and attack a mob. On a successful hit:
Use the hammer on a living entity to trigger the same Glitchstorm effects. This also consumes 1 durability.
The effect is applied to the individual living target you hit or interact with; it does not automatically spread to nearby mobs.
The hammer requires four Netherite Ingots, one Echo Shard, one Nether Star, and one Blaze Rod.

You can also obtain it from the Combat creative inventory.
The hammer uses rare late-game materials, including a Nether Star, Netherite Ingots, and an Echo Shard. Save it for dangerous targets or encounters where the extra damage and Wither effect can make a difference.
Use direct interaction when you want to apply the storm to a living target without relying on a normal attack. Because every activation consumes durability, avoid wasting uses on harmless creatures and consider carrying another weapon for routine combat.
