    Description:

Eternal Falls transforms the Overworld into a misty waterfall realm of taller cliffed mountains, long streams of Eternal Water, deep river-carved valleys and expanded caves filled with underground falls, hanging plants, mossy ruins and new building materials like Eternal Stone, Eternal Moss, Glow Lotus, Cascade Vines, dense Waterfall Grass and the Bed of Leaves so you can craft serene temples, bases, or hideouts; all tree types now grow in the biome. The update adds several rare, peaceful, glow-accented creatures — Glowing Spirit Koi, Luminous Spirit Jellyfish, Ethereal Mist Heron, Gentle Spirit Deer, Bioluminescent Moss Rabbit and Peaceful Guardian Turtle — and places special features such as sacred statues, Glow Lotus and Mist Lily patches, Cascade Vines and Eternal Stone accents very rarely to preserve the tranquil atmosphere; creative spawn eggs and a teleportation testing tool can help you find or place them. All standard ores can now be found beneath the Eternal Falls surface in rare underground pockets, letting you discover coal, copper, iron, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond and emerald (with deepslate variants deeper down) plus very rare nether-ore/ancient debris accents mixed with companion blocks like amethyst, calcite, dripstone, obsidian and Eternal Moss, making cave exploration and mining a core part of progression.

    Eternal Falls

    Quickstart

    1. Load a new world (or explore outward) until you find the Eternal Falls biome — misty, cliff-lined mountains laced with glowing waterfalls. Use the Creative Teleportation Tool (found in the Functional and Tools creative tabs) in Creative Mode: hold it and right-click to search within ~6,400 blocks and teleport directly there.
    2. Once in the biome, look for glowing water streams (Eternal Water), mossy ruins, cascading vine walls, and luminous flowers. Mine Eternal Stone with a pickaxe and collect Eternal Moss, Glow Lotus, Mist Lily, Cascade Vines, and Waterfall Grass by breaking them.
    3. Craft your first decorative blocks:

    1. Place the Bed of Leaves to sleep, just like a regular bed — it glows softly and emits happy particles.
    2. Explore caves beneath the biome for all standard ores plus rare nether materials.

    Overview

Eternal Falls adds a brand-new Overworld biome: a serene, mist-filled realm of towering cliffed mountains, long rivers of Eternal Water, deep carved valleys, and cavernous underground waterfalls. Every tree type grows here. The atmosphere is deliberately tranquil — all new creatures are peaceful, rare special features dot the landscape sparingly, and simply standing in the biome grants a gentle Regeneration effect.

    New Item

Creative Teleportation Tool — right-click in Creative Mode to locate and teleport to the nearest Eternal Falls biome (searches up to ~6,400 blocks). Gives Slow Falling and Regeneration on arrival. Has a short cooldown between uses.

    Crafting And Obtaining

Most blocks are found naturally in the Eternal Falls biome and drop themselves when broken. Two blocks can also be crafted:

Eternal Stone (crafted — yields 4):

Bed of Leaves (crafted — yields 1):

Cascade Vines require an Eternal Stone or Eternal Moss block directly behind them when placed; they break if that support is removed.

    Abilities And Mechanics

    Biome Regeneration Aura

Any player standing inside the Eternal Falls biome receives Regeneration I every few seconds automatically, making the biome a naturally restorative place.

    Eternal Water Spreading

Eternal Water blocks slowly expand — on each random tick they attempt to place a standard water block into an adjacent air space that sits above solid ground. Over time this causes the glowing streams to organically grow outward.

    Glow Particles

Nearly every new block and creature emits ambient glow particles, giving the biome its signature luminous atmosphere at night or underground.

    Underground Ore Pockets

Beneath the Eternal Falls surface you can find all standard Overworld ores in rare underground pockets: coal, copper, iron, gold, redstone, lapis lazuli, diamond, and emerald (with deepslate variants at depth). Extremely rare pockets also contain nether-origin materials and ancient debris, alongside companion blocks such as amethyst, calcite, dripstone, obsidian, and Eternal Moss.

    Progression And Strategy

    • Early game: Reach the biome as soon as possible to benefit from passive Regeneration while mining and exploring. Gather Eternal Moss and Stone for crafting and building.
    • Building: Eternal Stone, Eternal Moss, Cascade Vines, Glow Lotus, and Mist Lily make excellent decorative materials for temples, bases, and hideouts. The Bed of Leaves doubles as both a respawn point and a glowing decorative centrepiece.
    • Creature hunting: Rare creatures like the Ethereal Mist Heron and Mountain Cloud appear high in the sky; look up. Spirit Koi and Jellyfish are found in the rivers and pools below waterfalls.
    • Mining: The deep cave systems beneath the biome hold every ore type. The rare presence of ancient debris and nether ores makes deep spelunking here particularly rewarding without ever needing to visit the Nether first.
    • Creative exploration: The Creative Teleportation Tool is the fastest way to locate a biome in a fresh world, and all spawn eggs let you populate custom builds with the biome's unique creatures instantly.
