Quickstart

Craft an Emberlight Greatsword and some ammo at a crafting table: the sword recipe is , and the ammo recipe makes 16 for . Put the sword in your main hand and keep ammo in your inventory. Attack normally for a fiery melee strike, or use the sword to launch an energy slash toward your aim.

Overview

The Emberlight Greatsword is a melee weapon that can also fire ranged energy slashes. It deals 9 attack damage in melee, and melee hits set targets on fire for 5 seconds.

• Emberlight Greatsword Ammo: Ammunition for the sword’s ranged attack. Each crafting recipe yields 16.

How To Use

• Melee: Attack a target with the sword as you would with a regular weapon. Hits ignite the target.
• Ranged attack: Use the sword to fire a slash. It does not need to be charged; carry ammo in your inventory to fire.
• Fire protection: Holding the sword in your main hand grants Fire Resistance. Using it also grants a 10-second burst of Fire Resistance.
• On impact: A slash deals 3–5 damage and knocks its target back.

Craft both items at a crafting table.

Emberlight Greatsword — requires a diamond sword, three fire charges, and a blaze rod.

Emberlight Greatsword Ammo — one iron ingot and one copper ingot make 16 ammo.
