Quickstart

Craft the Diamond Harvest Engine at a crafting table, then hold it and use it to build the warehouse and farm near you.

Pick a broad, level spot first: the build stretches roughly 53 blocks toward +X and 37 blocks toward +Z from where you use the item, and replaces blocks in its footprint. Walk through the warehouse, check its barrels and crafting tables, then explore the planted crop plots. Wait about 10 seconds before using the item again.

Overview

Diamond Harvest Engine is a build-and-explore mod centered on one craftable item. Using it places a large warehouse and farm layout in the world. The item also works as a pickaxe-like tool.

What It Adds

• Warehouse: An enclosed building with barrel racks, crafting tables, hoppers, pistons, and decorative machinery.
• Farm: Six planted plots with wheat, carrots, potatoes, and beetroot, alongside a water channel, hay, and composters.
• Diamond Harvest Engine: A usable building tool that can also mine certain blocks and deal damage.

How To Use

Use the item to start construction. The structure is positioned relative to your location, not the direction you face. Leave plenty of open space toward +X and +Z, and use it at ground level for a practical layout.

The placed barrels and crafting tables work as ordinary Minecraft blocks. The crops are planted in the farm plots; tend and harvest them as usual. The item builds the layout, but does not provide a separate machine interface or autonomous crop-harvesting controls.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Using the item builds the warehouse and farm. Each player has a cooldown of about 10 seconds between uses.
• It is an effective mining tool for stone, cobblestone, deepslate, and common ores. It is much less effective on dirt and gravel.
• It deals 5 attack damage and has 1,800 durability. It can be enchanted as a pickaxe.
