Description:
Corrupted Nether Wilds invades the Overworld with five distinct Nether-themed biomes. Each biome is a large climate region — not a small checkerboard patch — so you'll encounter sprawling zones that feel like genuine Nether landscapes dropped into your world. They bring Nether mobs, Nether structures, Nether block palettes, and Nether survival rules, making them high-risk, high-reward areas for adventurous players.
| Biome | Surface Blocks | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Corrupted Nether Wastes | Netherrack | Barren, hostile wasteland |
| Corrupted Soul Sand Valley | Soul Sand / Soul Soil | Eerie, soul-fire blue fog |
| Corrupted Basalt Deltas | Basalt / Blackstone | Jagged volcanic terrain |
| Corrupted Crimson Forest | Crimson Nylium / Netherrack | Dense red fungal growth |
| Corrupted Warped Forest | Warped Nylium / Netherrack | Teal fungal woodland |
Each biome features:
Both Nether Fortresses and Bastion Remnants generate in all five biomes.
Expect dangerous Nether mobs throughout all corrupted zones: Piglins, Hoglins, Ghasts, Blazes, Wither Skeletons, and more.
Surface lava and lava pools throughout the column of any corrupted biome are replaced with Obsidian during world generation. This removes the usual lava hazards at the surface but creates obsidian deposits you can mine for resources.
All vanilla Overworld ores generate inside corrupted biomes at their normal distributions. Ancient Debris also generates, but is restricted to Y levels 0–18 only.

This mod adds the Void Altar Villager, a mysterious End-dwelling villager with pale endstone skin and flowing purple robes that trails swirling portal particles and naturally appears inside End City structures; these supernatural villagers are tougher and faster than normal villagers, with high health, increased movement speed, and the ability to teleport away with eerie Enderman-like sounds when threatened, though they are vulnerable to water and rain which harm them and provoke short teleports to find dry ground. A Nitwit variation with simpler purple robes and glowing purple eyes also appears, and adults now often spawn with a persistent baby companion: baby Void Altar Villagers wear a simpler pale robe texture with no merchant belt, cannot trade and instead follow nearby adults, and Void Altar Villager breeding produces these modded babies rather than vanilla children.

Thor's Wrath is an enchanted book that grants weapons the divine power to call lightning strikes upon enemies. To use it, hold any weapon (sword, axe, bow, etc.) in your off-hand and right-click with the Thor's Wrath book in your main hand to permanently enchant the weapon. Once enchanted, any attack with that weapon will summon a lightning bolt at the target's location, dealing additional lightning damage.

The Zombie Apocalypse Protocol is a powerful block that transforms your world into an eternal zombie nightmare. Upon placement, it immediately removes all hostile mobs except zombies within a 15-chunk radius, locks the time at midnight forever, and spawns zombies at triple the normal rate around nearby players. The block can only be broken using a hoe—with gold hoes being the fastest at 2 seconds and wooden hoes taking 40 seconds—and destroying it will restore normal time and mob spawning.

The Lava Sponge is a placeable block that absorbs lava in a 4-block radius, up to 32 lava blocks, and becomes a Wet Lava Sponge when full (the wet state shows molten drips in its texture). To restore it, right-click the Wet Lava Sponge with any ice block (Ice, Packed Ice, or Blue Ice) — this consumes one ice in Survival (not in Creative) and plays a short glass-place sound.

Eternal Falls transforms the Overworld into a misty waterfall realm of taller cliffed mountains, long streams of Eternal Water, deep river-carved valleys and expanded caves filled with underground falls, hanging plants, mossy ruins and new building materials like Eternal Stone, Eternal Moss, Glow Lotus, Cascade Vines, dense Waterfall Grass and the Bed of Leaves so you can craft serene temples, bases, or hideouts; all tree types now grow in the biome. The update adds several rare, peaceful, glow-accented creatures — Glowing Spirit Koi, Luminous Spirit Jellyfish, Ethereal Mist Heron, Gentle Spirit Deer, Bioluminescent Moss Rabbit and Peaceful Guardian Turtle — and places special features such as sacred statues, Glow Lotus and Mist Lily patches, Cascade Vines and Eternal Stone accents very rarely to preserve the tranquil atmosphere; creative spawn eggs and a teleportation testing tool can help you find or place them. All standard ores can now be found beneath the Eternal Falls surface in rare underground pockets, letting you discover coal, copper, iron, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond and emerald (with deepslate variants deeper down) plus very rare nether-ore/ancient debris accents mixed with companion blocks like amethyst, calcite, dripstone, obsidian and Eternal Moss, making cave exploration and mining a core part of progression.
