Clockwork Deepflight

Quickstart

1. Open your Creative inventory and find the Steampunk Submarine item in the Tools tab.
2. Place it on water — it spawns a fully modeled, rideable submarine.
3. Right-click the submarine to climb in and take the pilot's seat.
4. Grab a Flight Jet Upgrade Module (also in the Tools tab) and use it on your submarine to give it flight capability, letting it rise out of the water and cruise through the air.
5. Craft or spawn a Mechanic Rider Allay companion to keep your submarine running smoothly.
6. Check the Combat tab for the Ancient Cyber gear set — a full netherite-tier armor set plus a cutlass, trident, and water blaster for underwater combat.

Overview

Clockwork Deepflight turns underwater exploration into a full steampunk adventure. At its center is a visible, physical submarine you can pilot across oceans and lakes — and even into the sky once outfitted with flight jets. Alongside your vessel, you'll find a loyal mechanic allay to assist you, a mysterious "Cute Stalker" creature roaming the world, and a matching set of high-powered ancient cyber weapons and armor built for deep-sea combat.

What It Adds

Vehicles

• Steampunk Submarine — a large, block-built vehicle entity that floats and can be piloted directly. It's assembled from many small decorative submarine components, giving it a detailed, chunky steampunk appearance rather than a simple invisible hitbox.
• Flight Jet Upgrade Module — an item used to equip your submarine with jet propulsion, allowing it to fly.

Creatures

• Mechanic Rider Allay — a friendly, tougher variant of the allay (much higher health and faster flight than a normal allay) that acts as a helpful companion, fitting the mod's tinkerer theme.
• Cute Stalker — a wolf-like creature with significantly boosted health and attack power compared to a normal wolf. Approach with caution — it hits much harder than it looks.

Weapons

• OP Ancient Cyber Water Cutlass — an extremely sharp, netherite-tier sword with high damage output.
• OP Ancient Cyber Water Trident — a heavy-duty trident with an enormous durability pool, ideal for prolonged underwater fights.
• OP Ancient Cyber Water Blaster — a unique ranged weapon, limited to one per inventory stack, for blasting foes from a distance.

Armor

• Ancient Cyber Water Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots — a full netherite-tier armor set themed around deep-sea cyber technology, offering top-tier protection.

How To Use

• Deploying the submarine: Place the Steampunk Submarine item on or near water like you would place a boat. It appears as a large, visibly detailed vehicle.
• Piloting: Right-click (or interact with) the submarine to enter and control it. It behaves as a rideable vehicle you can steer.
• Installing flight jets: Use the Flight Jet Upgrade Module on the submarine to grant it flight, letting you take your sub above the waves and through the air, not just underwater.
• Companions: Summon or find the Mechanic Rider Allay to have a durable flying helper nearby.
• Combat gear: Equip the full Ancient Cyber armor set and wield the cutlass, trident, or water blaster for powerful melee and ranged combat, especially useful when defending your submarine or fighting underwater threats like the Cute Stalker.

Crafting And Obtaining

All items and creatures in this mod — the submarine, flight jet module, weapons, and armor — are available directly from the Creative inventory:

• The Steampunk Submarine and Flight Jet Upgrade Module appear in the Tools item group.
• The Ancient Cyber weapons and armor set appear in the Combat item group.

No traditional crafting-table recipes are required; simply select the items from Creative mode to start using them.

Abilities And Mechanics

• The submarine is built from many individually rendered block components, giving it a real 3D steampunk look instead of a flat model.
• Installing a Flight Jet Upgrade Module changes the submarine's movement capability, enabling airborne travel in addition to swimming.
• The Mechanic Rider Allay is a beefed-up ally: much higher health and faster flying speed than a vanilla allay, making it a durable helper.
• The Cute Stalker is deceptively dangerous, combining high health with strong attack damage — treat it as a serious threat despite its friendly name.
• The Ancient Cyber Trident has an unusually large durability pool, meaning it can be thrown and used repeatedly without breaking down quickly.
• The Ancient Cyber Water Blaster is limited to a single copy per stack, emphasizing its role as a powerful, deliberate ranged tool rather than a disposable item.

Progression And Strategy

Start by getting your Steampunk Submarine on the water and learning to pilot it before installing a Flight Jet Upgrade Module — this turns your vessel into a hybrid air-and-sea explorer. Bring a Mechanic Rider Allay along as a flying companion for utility and company on long voyages. When venturing into contested waters or facing threats like the Cute Stalker, gear up in the full Ancient Cyber armor set and carry the cutlass, trident, or water blaster to handle combat both up close and at range.
