Right-click the Chat Command Companion Egg to spawn a loyal companion, then type chat commands in chat to control its actions — follow, stay, attack, guard, come, build, go back home, help and more, with added commands like patrol, scout, heal/eat, gear up/arm, and regroup/rally. It still auto-defends, teleports to help in combat, runs timed food and ore supply trips, and will sleep in and remember the nearest bed; when asked to build it now constructs a clean oak/birch wood house with doors, windows, lanterns, a bedroom and kitchen if you supply the required building blocks and furniture. New commands let the companion fetch oak and birch logs and drop them in the nearest chest, or locate food and coal in a chest, cook the food, and place the cooked output into the nearest furnace.
