Description:
The Charged Frost Spear is a versatile magical weapon: left-click to unleash an icy burst on hit that deals 5 bonus damage, applies Slowness I for 5 seconds, and showers the target in ice particles with a brief cooldown. Right-click and hold for 1–3 seconds to charge, then release to hurl the spear as a frost-infused projectile—up to 12 damage at full charge, slowing and freezing foes and triggering a frosty explosion—and the thrown spear remains in the world for pickup. Its melee strikes still deal 7 base damage, making it deadly both up close and at range.

User request: a cool looking spear that deals 7damage and has slight slow attack speed. can charge when long click right button Edit v2: turn into a .jar file and can used by any minecraft launcher ang downloaded as a .jar file Edit v3: can shoot a block of ice when you click left mouse button and deals 5 damage and slows the enemy down
