Candy Creeper

Quickstart

• In Creative mode, find the Candy Creeper Spawn Egg in the Spawn Eggs tab and use it on a block to spawn one. With commands enabled, you can also use /summon candy-creeper-dn3kwki7:candy_creeper_dn3kwki7.
• The Candy Creeper approaches and swells like a regular creeper. Let it explode for a burst of treats, or defeat it before it explodes to get a Pumpkin Candy Bucket.
• Eat the treats using Minecraft’s usual food controls to gain their effects.

Overview

The Candy Creeper is a hostile, candy-themed creeper. Its explosion doesn’t destroy blocks, and the mob’s drops depend on whether it explodes or is defeated first.

What It Adds

• The Candy Creeper and its spawn egg.
• Three edible treats: Candy Cane, Peppermint, and Candy Corn.
• The single-use Pumpkin Candy Bucket, which grants the effects of all three treats.

How To Use

Spawn a Candy Creeper with its egg, or summon it with the command above. It behaves like a regular creeper, so keep your distance if you don’t want it to explode.

Its explosion is block-safe and scatters 12–20 treats around the area. If you defeat it before it explodes, it drops a Pumpkin Candy Bucket instead.

Obtaining

• Candy Cane, Peppermint, and Candy Corn: Dropped in a scattered burst when the Candy Creeper explodes.
• Pumpkin Candy Bucket: Dropped when the Candy Creeper is defeated before exploding.
• Spawn egg and treats: Available in the corresponding Creative inventory tabs.

All four treats can be eaten. The three individual treats grant different effects:

Progression And Strategy

Choose your reward based on how you handle the mob: allow an explosion for a random assortment of treats, or defeat it beforehand for the Pumpkin Candy Bucket. Eat Candy Cane before a jump, Peppermint when you want regeneration, or Candy Corn before a fight.
