Block Bazaar Vault
Quickstart
Craft the vault at a crafting table, then place it where you want to access its services. You can also get it from the Creative inventory. Interact with the block to open its menu.
Try Sell & store first: deposit wood planks or XP, then use Buy blocks & gear or Auto-smelt & separate. Stored balances and processed items reset when the world reloads, so withdraw or retrieve anything you want to keep before leaving.
Overview
The Block Bazaar Vault is a protected service block with menus for storing planks and XP, buying blocks and enchanted gear, and processing certain inventory items. Its storage and processed goods are tracked separately for each player.
What It Adds
- Sell & store: Deposit wood planks or XP, and withdraw banked XP.
- Buy blocks & gear: Exchange stored planks or XP for valuable blocks, or diamond blocks for enchanted gear.
- Auto-smelt & separate: Process supported materials into stored products and retrieve them to your hotbar.
How To Use
Interact with the vault and choose a service:
- Sell & store: Store 1 or 16 planks at a time, deposit 1 or 10 XP, or withdraw 1 or 10 banked XP. Any of the listed wood plank types can be deposited.
- Buy blocks & gear: Spend 1 stored plank for a diamond, emerald, gold, or iron block. You can also exchange 1 banked XP for one of those blocks.
- Auto-smelt & separate: Process supported items from your inventory, then retrieve the resulting products into your hotbar. If the hotbar is full, some products may remain stored until there is room.
The vault cannot be mined or destroyed by explosions. If a player-break event occurs, it restores itself and drops nothing, so choose its placement carefully.
Crafting And Obtaining
Craft the vault in a crafting table using the recipe above. The recipe unlocks when you have obsidian.

Processing consumes the inputs and stores the same number of resulting items. Use Retrieve processed items to move them into your hotbar.
Progression And Strategy
- Deposit planks or XP as you gather them; use either balance for valuable blocks.
- Enchanted gear costs 8 diamond blocks per item and is paid from your inventory.
- The gear shop offers a diamond helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, pickaxe, shovel, and sword. Their enchantments include Protection, Unbreaking, and Mending; the specific items also come with enchantments such as Respiration, Thorns, Feather Falling, Efficiency, Fortune, Sharpness, Looting, and Fire Aspect.
- Stored planks, banked XP, and processed products are temporary: they reset when the world reloads.
