Ashfire Blade

Quickstart

1. Open a crafting table and craft the Ashfire Blade:

1. Equip it in your main hand.

2. Attack an entity with the blade. Each successful hit releases ash particles around the target.

3. When you hit another player, the target is set on fire for 5 seconds.

4. In Creative mode, search for Ashfire Blade in the Equipment tab, or use:

   /give @s com_ashfire_blade_c7ekjyie:my_sword

Overview

The Ashfire Blade is a fiery melee weapon. It deals heavy sword damage and produces an ash effect whenever it strikes an entity. Hits against players also ignite them.

  • Sets hit players on fire for 5 seconds

How To Use

Hold the Ashfire Blade in your main hand and use the normal attack control to strike nearby entities. The blade’s effect activates on a successful hit; simply holding or swinging it without hitting a target does not release ash.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the blade at a crafting table using:

• 1 Fire Charge
• 1 Iron Ingot
• 1 Stick

The crafting layout places the Fire Charge above the Iron Ingot, with the Stick at the bottom.

You can also obtain it directly from the Creative inventory by searching for Ashfire Blade.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Ash burst: Every entity hit produces ash particles at the struck entity’s position.
• Player ignition: If the struck entity is a player, they burn for 5 seconds.
• Melee weapon: The blade deals 9 attack damage through its normal sword attack.
• Durability: The blade has 36 maximum durability and can wear out through use.
• Enchanting: It can be enchanted using sword-compatible enchanting methods.

Progression And Strategy

Craft the blade once you have access to Fire Charges, Iron Ingots, and Sticks. Use it for close-range combat and take advantage of the ignition effect when fighting other players. Because the ash effect occurs on every successful hit, it also provides a clear visual signal that your attack connected.
