Whisker Nurse Mayhem
Quickstart
- In Creative Mode, find the Whisker Nurse Mayhem spawn egg in the Spawn Eggs tab and use it on the ground. You can also obtain the egg with
/give @s whisker-nurse-mayhem-ui5mcbq4:whisker_nurse_mayhem_ui5mcbq4_spawn_egg. - In Survival, look for the mouse wandering in the Overworld, or summon one with
/summon whisker-nurse-mayhem-ui5mcbq4:whisker_nurse_mayhem_ui5mcbq4. - Watch it near villagers and baby animals to see its unusual mix of hunting and nursing behavior.
- If it curls up and purrs after being hurt, right-click it with your main hand to end its injured state and trigger a pet reaction.
Overview
Whisker Nurse Mayhem adds a wandering nurse mouse with two very different habits: it hunts villagers, but helps nearby baby animals grow. It may also curl up and purr when injured.
What It Adds
- Whisker Nurse Mayhem, a naturally appearing Overworld mob.
- A spawn egg for summoning the mob.
- A distinctive injured meow-purr sound.
How To Use
Use the spawn egg on a block to place the mouse, or encounter it in the Overworld. No special item is needed to interact with it: when it is visibly curled up from injury, right-click it with your main hand.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Villager hunting: The mouse seeks out villagers and attacks when close enough. Keep it away from villages if you want to protect their residents.
- Baby-animal care: It periodically helps baby animals in roughly an eight-block area grow faster. Keep it near young animals to see the effect.
- Injury response: After taking damage, it has a chance to curl up, stop moving, and purr for a short time. While it is injured, it will not hunt or provide animal care. Right-clicking it while curled up ends this state and prompts a brief pet reaction.
Progression And Strategy
There is no equipment or crafting progression. Use the spawn egg to choose where to observe the mouse: keep it away from villagers, or place it near baby animals to watch its nursing behavior. If it gets hurt, approach and right-click it while it is curled up.

This Java mod can be used on Windows and Mac PCs with the CreativeMode Launcher or any Minecraft launcher of your choice.
