Quickstart

Craft the Omnitrix at a crafting table. The recipe unlocks after you obtain a netherite ingot:

Hold the item, aim at a non-player entity within 12 blocks, and use it. A successful first scan records a DNA unlock for that entity type. Try scanning different kinds of entities; scanning the same type again does not grant another unlock.

Overview

The mod’s available gameplay centers on scanning entities and collecting DNA unlocks. The scanner can target non-player entities; players cannot be scanned.

How To Use

• Look toward an entity and use the held scanner.
• A successful new scan plays a confirmation sound.
• If no valid target is in view, or that entity type is already scanned, a different sound plays.

Abilities And Mechanics

Each scan records an unlock for the target’s entity type. The scanner does not provide a separate menu or a transformation trigger; its available interaction is scanning.
