Description:
The Swallowed Penny is a mysterious golden coin covered in saliva that provides a unique defensive benefit when carried in your inventory or hands. While holding this item, taking damage has a 25% chance to make you automatically spit up valuable gems, including emeralds, diamonds, amethyst shards, or multiple pieces of lapis lazuli. Simply keep the penny anywhere in your inventory and let it work its magic whenever you get hurt - no special controls or activation required.

User request: Swallowed Penny Description: "Smothered in saliva...getting damaged will occasionally make you spit up a random gem, mostly Emeralds." What it does: While this item is either being held in your inventory or offhand, getting damaged will have a 25% chance to spawn a random gem, with a 50% chance for a Emerald, 20% for a few pieces of Lapis, 20% for Amethyst, and a 10% chance for a Diamond. What it looks like: A golden penny that has saliva dripping from it.
