Skybound Puffin
Quickstart
- In Creative mode, find the Skybound Puffin spawn egg in the Spawn Eggs tab.
- Use the egg on a block to spawn a puffin.
- Once it lands, use your empty main hand on it to make it perch briefly. Watch for its takeoff animation when it flies away again.
Overview
Skybound Puffin adds a friendly bird that roams through the air and can pause to perch. Puffins do not attack players or other mobs.

How To Use
Use an empty main hand on a puffin while it is on the ground to trigger its perch. It pauses its movement during the brief animation, then resumes wandering. If it is flying, wait for it to land before trying again.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Puffins wander through the air and may land before taking off again.
- They are peaceful and do not attack.
- The perch is a temporary pause, not a command to follow or stay beside you.
How to install
This Java mod can be used on Windows and Mac PCs with the CreativeMode Launcher or any Minecraft launcher of your choice.
1. Download and install the new CreativeMode Launcher
2. Click to play on the top of the screen.
3. That's it — launches instantly. No complicated setup required.
