Endless Madness Horror Add-On
Quickstart
- Install the
.mcaddon file and enable it on a new or existing Bedrock world.
- No commands are needed — horror mobs spawn automatically as you explore.
- Head to the ocean to find and kill Sea Dwellers for a reliable supply of Sulker Tears.
- Use Sulker Tears + Copper Ingots to craft a Sulker Golem Charm, then use the Charm to summon a Sulker Golem companion.
- At night, watch for jumpscares, creepy sounds, and on-screen messages — these are intentional horror atmosphere effects.
Overview
Endless Madness Horror Add-On fills your Minecraft world with a roster of horror-themed mobs, each with unique behaviours, drops, and threat levels. The add-on layers an atmospheric horror system on top of normal gameplay: eerie ambient sounds play at random, jumpscares trigger periodically (more often at night), and disturbing messages appear on screen. No setup or commands are required — just play and survive.
The Sulker mob and its spawn egg have been removed from the game. Sulker Tears are now obtained by hunting Sea Dwellers (common drop) or killing Witches (roughly 10% chance).

Abilities And Mechanics
Sulker Tears Farming
- Sea Dwellers spawn in ocean biomes underwater and have a common Sulker Tears drop — ocean hunting is the fastest method.
- Witches have approximately a 10% chance to drop Sulker Tears on death — less reliable but viable if you have a witch farm.
Sulker Golem
- The original Sulker mob and its spawn egg no longer exist.
- Craft a Sulker Golem Charm and use it (right-click / interact on a surface) to summon a Sulker Golem.
Vampire Loop
- Kill Vampires to collect Vampire Wing Shards.
- Craft Vampire Wings (chestplate slot, 2 armour points) from the shards.
- Repair Vampire Wings using more Vampire Wing Shards on an Anvil.
- Craft a Vampire Stake as a dedicated weapon for vampire hunting.
Grim Reaper & Necromancer
- The Grim Reaper has 90 HP and deals 12 damage per hit. It pursues players from up to 128 blocks away. Killing it drops the Reaper Scythe and Sculk.
- The Necromancer always drops the Blade of Death and a Necromancer Skull on death. The Skull can be placed as a decorative block.
Doppelgänger & Linger
- Doppelgängers stand completely still until triggered, then sprint at you at high speed. Treat any suspicious stationary figure as a threat.
- Lingers wander slowly and become aggressive hunters once provoked or triggered by proximity.
Atmosphere System
- Creepy ambient sounds play randomly throughout the day, and more frequently at night.
- Occasional jumpscares display disturbing on-screen messages, apply brief Blindness, Nausea, or Darkness effects, and spawn fake scares (e.g., a bat behind you).
- These effects are purely atmospheric and deal no lasting damage.
Progression And Strategy
- Early game: Prioritise ocean exploration to farm Sulker Tears from Sea Dwellers. Stockpile enough to craft a Sulker Golem Charm for a protective companion.
- Mid game: Hunt Vampires to accumulate Vampire Wing Shards, then craft Vampire Wings for extra armour. Use the Vampire Stake to speed up the process.
- Mid–late game: Challenge the Grim Reaper (90 HP, aggressive range) and Dredge (95 HP, persistent). The Reaper Scythe and Blade of Death are strong weapon rewards worth pursuing.
- Late game: Take on the Necromancer for the Blade of Death and Necromancer Skull. Build a Dredge Totem to gain an edge in Dredge encounters.
- Night survival: Stay alert at night — jumpscares are more frequent, mobs are more active, and the atmosphere system is at full intensity. Keep torches lit and stay in well-lit areas to reduce danger.
