Quickstart

Craft the rod at a crafting table:

Equip it, aim at a block or open space, then use it. The strike consumes the rod, so choose your target carefully and stand clear of the blast area.

Overview

The Orbital Strike Rod is a one-use weapon disguised as a fishing rod. Using it calls down a spread of TNT on the point you’re aiming at.

How To Use

• Aim at a block to target its center. The rod selects the first block in your view, up to 64 blocks away.
• If no block is in view within that range, it targets a point 32 blocks ahead.
• Use the rod to summon the strike. It is consumed on activation.

Abilities And Mechanics

The strike spawns 60 TNT in a center point and four expanding rings, with the outer ring reaching 12 blocks from the target. The TNT appears 24 blocks above the target and falls toward the ground before exploding.

Progression And Strategy

The recipe requires a nether star, two ender eyes, TNT, and a fishing rod. Aim into an open area for a broad strike, and keep your distance from the target to avoid the explosions.
