Olympus Stormcaller

Quickstart

1. In Creative, find the Olympus Stormcaller Spawn Egg and use it to spawn the mob. You can also summon it with: /summon com_olympus_stormcaller_4n2fpall:mybreeze
2. Give it room, then approach to see its ranged attack: it fires breeze wind charges at nearby targets.
3. Try fighting it with melee or wind charges. Most other projectiles are reflected and won’t damage it.

Overview

The Olympus Stormcaller is a hostile breeze-like mob. It seeks out players and iron golems it can see within 24 blocks, and attacks with wind charges.

Where To Find It

It can spawn naturally on the surface in the Olympus biome, in brightness levels from 7 to 15. Natural groups are small, usually one or two Stormcallers.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Ranged attack: Fires breeze wind charges at targets within range.
• Projectile defense: Reflects many projectiles, including arrows, snowballs, and thrown tridents. Most projectile attacks do no damage; wind charges can hurt it.
• Durability: Has 80 health (40 hearts) and strong resistance to knockback.
• Fall resistance: Takes no fall damage.
• Lava: Takes damage while in lava.

Drops And Strategy

A defeated Stormcaller drops breeze rods, gold ingots, and quartz. A player-killed Stormcaller also has a 12% base chance to drop a lightning rod; Looting improves the drops.

Use melee or wind charges rather than arrows and other reflected projectiles. Its wind-charge attacks can knock you around, so keep your footing while closing in.
