Heavenly Mob Rebirth

Quickstart

Craft the Heavenly Mob Rebirth sword at a smithing table:

Hold the sword and use it to activate your rebirth power. To try the rebirth system, defeat at least one entity, then die: you’ll respawn with a randomly chosen mob-inspired role and its powers. If you die without defeating an entity during that life, you’ll awaken in Heaven instead.

Overview

Your deaths follow one of two paths: Heaven if you haven’t defeated an entity, or a new mob-inspired role if you have. The role grants lasting effects and a special ability that you trigger by using the Rebirth Sword.

What It Adds

• The Heavenly Mob Rebirth sword, a smithing-table item with 6 attack damage and 250 durability.
• A Heaven destination for deaths without an entity kill.
• Five randomly assigned roles: wolf, zombie, ghast, fish, and warden.

How To Use

• Track your life: Defeating an entity before you die qualifies you for a mob role at your next respawn.
• Use the sword: Hold it and use it to trigger the ability for your current role. Aim in the direction you want to use a forward attack.
• Fight as a zombie: Hitting an entity with the sword also briefly grants Regeneration.

Crafting And Obtaining

The sword is obtained through the smithing-table recipe above, using a Ward Armor Trim Smithing Template, a diamond sword, and a netherite ingot.
