Description
The Gilded Soul Heart Totem is a powerful artifact that grants you 15 additional hearts (30 health points) simply by carrying it in your inventory. Once you obtain this mystical totem, it will automatically boost your maximum health as long as it remains anywhere in your inventory - whether in your main slots, armor slots, or offhand. The health boost is immediately applied when you pick up the totem and will be removed if you drop or lose the item, so keep it safe to maintain your enhanced vitality.
