Eternal Glowblade

Quickstart

1. Obtain the blade from the Creative inventory under Equipment, or craft it at a crafting table.
2. Equip the Eternal Glowblade in your main hand.
3. Attack any living entity with a health bar. A successful hit immediately defeats the target.
4. Watch its durability: the Glowblade has 36 durability and can wear down with use.

To craft one, you need two Nether Stars, two Glowstone Dust, one Diamond Sword, and one Stick:

Overview

The Eternal Glowblade is a glowing, enchanted-looking sword designed to defeat foes with a single strike. Its special effect activates when the blade hits an entity, immediately reducing the target's health to zero.

How To Use

Hold the Eternal Glowblade in your main hand and use your normal attack control:

• Keyboard and mouse: Left-click an entity
• Controller: Press the attack button
• Touch: Tap the attack control while targeting an entity

The effect triggers only when the attack connects with an entity. Swinging at blocks or missing a target does not activate the one-hit effect.

Crafting And Obtaining

The shaped crafting recipe uses:

• 2 Nether Stars
• 2 Glowstone Dust
• 1 Diamond Sword
• 1 Stick

The item is also available in the Creative inventory under the Equipment category.

Abilities And Mechanics

One-hit defeat

When the Glowblade successfully strikes an entity with a health component, that entity is immediately defeated. This makes the sword effective against ordinary mobs and powerful enemies alike.

Durability

The Glowblade has 36 maximum durability. Attacks can consume durability, so bring another sword if you plan to use it for extended combat.

Enchanting

The Glowblade can be enchanted as a sword. Its built-in glint is always visible, whether or not you apply additional enchantments.

Progression And Strategy

The Eternal Glowblade requires late-game materials, especially Nether Stars, but it provides a powerful shortcut through dangerous encounters once crafted. Use it to clear hostile areas, defeat bosses or strong mobs quickly, and protect yourself during exploration.

Because the blade can lose durability, avoid wasting attacks on blocks and keep a spare weapon available for long expeditions.
