2. Use a crafting table to make one Redstone Candy:

1. Hold the use button while the candy is selected to eat it. Redstone Candies can always be eaten, even when your hunger bar is full.
2. After eating, try sprinting and check your hunger bar. You gain Swiftness and your hunger stays full for 10 minutes.

• Keeps your hunger bar full for 10 minutes.
• Grants Swiftness I for the same 10-minute duration.
• Can be eaten at any hunger level.

What It Adds

Redstone Candy

Redstone Candies appear in the Items category and can be eaten like food. Their redstone-and-sugar recipe makes them useful for extended exploration, travel, mining trips, and other activities where you want reliable speed without stopping to eat.

How To Use

Select a Redstone Candy and hold the use button to eat it. Eating takes about 1.6 seconds, and your movement is slowed while you are eating, so find a safe moment before consuming one.

When consumption finishes:

• Your hunger is set to its maximum level.
• Swiftness I begins immediately.
• The 10-minute timer starts.

The effect is maintained while the timer runs. A status message appears when the candy is consumed, and periodic action-bar messages show the remaining full-hunger time. When the timer reaches zero, a message confirms that the Redstone Candies effect has ended.

Eating another candy while the effect is active starts a fresh 10-minute duration.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft one Redstone Candy from:

• 1 Redstone Dust
• 1 Sugar

The recipe is shapeless, so the ingredients can be placed in any positions in the crafting table.

The recipe becomes available after you have obtained Redstone Dust and Sugar.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Full hunger: Your hunger bar is filled when the candy is consumed and is kept full for the duration.
• Swiftness I: You move faster for 10 minutes.
• Always edible: You can consume a candy even with a full hunger bar.
