Eclipsebane is a mythic netherite sword that deals massive damage with a swift attack speed, grants Night Vision while held, sets foes ablaze, deals bonus damage to undead, stores a Shadow Strike every fifth hit, repairs itself via Soul Harvest, provides low-health Eclipse Guard protections, and sports a deep purple enchantment glow. While held the blade summons Solvyr, The Eclipse Inferno — an invulnerable magenta creeper companion that hovers about three blocks from you, flies smoothly, will pursue and attack hostile mobs up to twenty blocks away without exploding, can be directed by striking enemies, and will safely return or relocate near you if it exceeds its range; to use, simply hold the sword to summon Solvyr, fight normally to trigger the sword’s effects and build/store Shadow Strike, and release or unequip the blade to dismiss the companion. New in this update: animals slain with Eclipsebane drop cooked meat automatically, the sword gives an item-magnet effect while held that pulls nearby drops within a 15-block radius toward you for easy pickup, and obtaining the blade grants a new mythic advancement titled Now that's what we call mythic.
