Doom Harvest Scythe

Quickstart

Craft the scythe at a crafting table using the recipe below, then hold it in your main hand and attack a non-player target. Try it on a mob first: a hit instantly kills it, including boss mobs such as the Ender Dragon.

Overview

The Doom Harvest Scythe is an epic, single-stack melee weapon built to instantly reap non-player targets it strikes. Its special effect does not apply to players.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft it at a crafting table with a Nether Star, a Bone, a Wither Skeleton Skull, and a Netherite Sword, arranged as shown in the recipe.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Instant kill: Hitting a valid non-player entity kills it immediately. This includes bosses.
• Players: Players are excluded from the instant-kill effect.
• Durability: The scythe has 36 durability and wears down with use.

Progression And Strategy

The Nether Star and Wither Skeleton Skull make this a late-game craft. Save it for dangerous mobs or bosses, and keep its limited durability in mind when choosing what to strike.
