Deadwood Sticks drop from dead bushes and leaves (boosted by Fortune) and can be woven into a Woven Deadwood Block for cauldron alchemy—lava in a cauldron turns a stick into charcoal (or the block into a coal block), while water yields extra sticks (2 per stick, 18 per block). Sneak-right-click a Woven Deadwood Block with a Deadwood Stick to summon a sprawling canopy of every vanilla log, wood, stem, wart, root, and leaf, all tagged for special fortune-affected drops. To artificially tag almost any block have a Phantom Membrane in your off hand and a Deadwood Stick in your main and shift left click the block. Break the tagged block for it and the attuned Deadwood Stick. Finally, plant an attuned Deadwood Stick on grass or dirt to instantly grow one of six colossal structures—classic tree, mushroom dome, great sphere, extra-thick tree, thick lightning bolt, or chorus-like cluster—each yielding bonus sticks and attuned block drops when harvested. Hold a Phantom Membrane in your off-hand and sneak-left-click a Woven Deadwood Block into a Phantom Membrane Block that only players can pass through until it’s powered—powered blocks now share that power across connected ones.
