Crimson Conqueror

Quickstart

1. Obtain a Crimson Conqueror from the Creative inventory under Equipment, or use: /give @s com_crimson_conqueror_qairmdvk:my_sword
2. Equip it in your hand.
3. Press the item-use button to activate it.
4. The weapon damages every other entity within 5 blocks and summons a lightning bolt approximately 2 blocks in front of you.
5. Wait for the brief 1-second cooldown before using it again.

Overview

The Crimson Conqueror is a powerful sword that combines strong melee damage with an area attack. Each use unleashes a magic shockwave around the wielder and calls down lightning in the direction the player is facing.

How To Use

Hold the Crimson Conqueror in your hand and use it with the normal item-use control:

• Keyboard and mouse: right-click
• Controller: use-item button
• Touch: press and hold the use control

When activated:

• Every other entity within 5 blocks of the wielder takes 5 magic damage.
• The wielder is excluded from the area damage.
• A lightning bolt appears about 2 blocks in front of the player, based on the direction they are looking.
• The weapon can be activated again after its 1-second cooldown expires.

The lightning target is determined by your facing direction, so look toward the area where you want the bolt to appear before using the sword.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the Crimson Conqueror at a crafting table using a redstone block, a netherite ingot, and a stick. The recipe is unlocked through the redstone block.

In Creative mode, find it in the Equipment category. For commands, its item identifier is:

Abilities And Mechanics

Melee Attack

The Crimson Conqueror deals 9 damage when used as a normal sword.

Crimson Area Strike

Activating the sword affects all other entities within a 5-block radius of the player. Each affected entity receives 5 magic damage. This makes the weapon effective against groups surrounding you.

Lightning Strike

Every activation summons a vanilla lightning bolt slightly ahead of the wielder. Aim before using the sword to place the lightning in the desired direction.

Durability And Cooldown

The sword has 500 durability. Activating its special ability has a 1-second cooldown, preventing repeated uses without a short pause.

Progression And Strategy

• Craft the sword when you have access to a redstone block and a netherite ingot.
• Use the area strike when enemies are grouped around you.
• Keep your distance from the intended lightning location and aim carefully before activating the weapon.
• Use ordinary sword attacks between special activations while the cooldown is active.
• Consider sword-compatible enchantments to improve the weapon for regular combat.
