Celestial Judgment Blade

Quickstart

Craft the blade with seven diamond blocks, a dragon egg, and a netherite ingot:

Hold the blade and use it (default: right-click) to summon a Celestial Angel against the nearest valid living target within 32 blocks. Sneak and use the blade to banish that target to the Nether and deal 200 magic damage.

The summon has a 10-second cooldown; banishment has a 5-second cooldown. If there’s no valid target nearby, the blade tells you so.

Overview

The Celestial Judgment Blade is a powerful sword with two target-seeking abilities: summon an angel or deliver celestial judgment by sending a foe to the Nether. Both abilities choose the nearest valid target in range, rather than requiring you to aim at one.

What It Adds

• Celestial Judgment Blade: A single-stack sword with a distinctive glint and extremely high melee damage.
• Celestial Core: A separate single-stack crafting item. It is not needed to make the blade.

How To Use

• Use the blade: Summons a persistent Celestial Angel at your position. The angel is named and attacks the selected target.
• Sneak-use the blade: Sends the selected target to the Nether, then deals 200 magic damage. If the target is already there, it still takes the damage.
• The blade selects the nearest living entity within 32 blocks. It won’t select you or an entity holding another Celestial Judgment Blade in either hand.
• The angel has 2,000 total health and deals 512 attack damage. It can be defeated by enemies.

Abilities And Mechanics

Using either ability while the blade is on cooldown has no effect. The cooldowns are tracked separately for the summon and banishment abilities.
