Winged Pony Car

Quickstart

1. Craft the Winged Pony Car item using the recipe below (or find it already unlocked — it's automatically granted to you when you join a world).
2. Place it on the ground like a block. It will spawn in as a rideable pony-shaped vehicle.
3. Walk up to it and right-click (interact) to hop on and start riding.
4. Once mounted, use W/A/S/D to move, Space to ascend, Shift to descend, Sprint key (Ctrl) to dismount, and Right-Click to trigger a Sonic Rainboom.
5. Fly around, boost with the Rainboom, and stay near hurt allies to heal them with rainbow magic.

Overview

The Winged Pony Car is a magical flying mount inspired by whimsical pony aesthetics. It combines vehicle-style flight with a burst-damage/speed ability (the Sonic Rainboom) and a passive support ability that heals nearby friends. It's built as a multi-part model that assembles itself into a full 3D pony-car shape when placed.

What It Adds

• Winged Pony Car item/block — the placeable object that spawns the flying vehicle.
• A flying vehicle entity — a rideable, freely-flying pony car with no fall damage or gravity while active.
• Sonic Rainboom ability — an activatable speed/visual boost triggered while riding.
• Friendship Aura healing — passive regeneration granted to nearby players while you fly.
• A custom heads-up display — shows controls, altitude, and boost status while riding.

How To Use

• Placing: Place the Winged Pony Car like a normal block. It will assemble into its full pony-car form automatically, facing away from you.
• Mounting: Right-click (interact) on the assembled car to climb aboard. Only one rider can mount at a time, and other players/mobs can't mount while you're riding.
• Flying: While riding, standard movement keys steer the car. Space lifts you upward, and Shift lowers you back down. The camera automatically switches to third-person while riding so you can see the car and its wings.
• Exiting: Press your Sprint key while mounted to dismount safely (regular sneak/shift dismounting is disabled to prevent accidental falls mid-flight).
• Sonic Rainboom: Right-click while riding to unleash a Sonic Rainboom. This triggers a temporary boosted state, shown on the HUD with a glowing "SONIC RAINBOOM!" banner and a color change on the car's title bar. There's a cooldown before you can trigger it again.
• Friendship Healing: While riding, any injured players near your car (within a modest radius) will periodically receive a burst of Regeneration — no action needed beyond flying nearby.
• HUD Readout: A bar at the top of your screen shows your current controls, boost status, and a "Friendship Aura: Active" indicator. In first-person, a small cockpit-style altitude readout also appears.

Progression And Strategy

There's no complex crafting chain — once you have the ingredients, you can build and fly the Winged Pony Car immediately. The main strategic value comes from using it as a mobile support tool: fly it near teammates in combat or exploration to keep them topped off with regeneration, and use the Sonic Rainboom for a quick burst of speed and style when you need to make an entrance, escape, or just show off in style.
