Wemmbu Orbital Strike Cannon

Quickstart

Craft an at a crafting table, then hold the Orbital Remote and use it while looking at a target. It starts in Nuke mode: the strike lands where your view hits a block, or at the end of your aim if no block is in the way.

Try it somewhere you can afford to destroy. The remote can also switch to Stab mode: sneak and use it to change modes, then use it again to fire. In Stab mode, you can hit an entity with the remote to lock it as your target.

Overview

This is a collection of powerful, effectively non-degrading weapons and utility rods. Its strikes and projectiles can heavily damage entities and terrain, so use them carefully around builds and other players. Most items have a brief cooldown between uses.

What It Adds

How To Use

Hold a rod or weapon and use it with your usual Bedrock Use control. Aim at a block or location before using the Nuke Rod, Stab Shot Rod, Orbital Remote, or Teleport Rod.

• Orbital Remote: Sneak and use it to switch modes. A message tells you which mode is active. In Stab mode, hit an entity with the remote to lock it as the strike target; then use the remote to fire. Without a locked target, it strikes where you are aiming.
• Teleport Rod: Aim toward a destination and use the rod. It targets up to 300 blocks away.
• Wolf rods: Use the Wolf Command Rod to summon wolves around you. Use the Wolf Cleanup Rod to remove wolves summoned by that rod.
• Ranged weapons: Aim and use the Orbital Railgun, Wither Skull Rod, or Volley Crossbow. They do not require a long charge.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Nuke strikes: The Nuke Rod and the remote’s Nuke mode give a warning before TNT rains down from above the target. The TNT can destroy terrain and structures.
• Stab strikes: The Stab Shot Rod and remote’s Stab mode clear a circular vertical column around the target and deal devastating damage to nearby entities. Keep the target area clear of anything you want to save.
• Wither Skull Rod: Fires 50 skulls in a forward spread. Hits deal damage and briefly poison their targets; the skulls have a limited range.
• Volley Crossbow: Consumes one arrow and launches a spread of 25 arrows.
• Orbital Railgun: Requires and consumes a full stack of 64 arrows, then fires 100 arrows. The recoil is lethal unless you have at least two Totems of Undying in your offhand; those Totems are consumed to protect you.
• Wolf Command Rod: Summons 100 tamed wolves with powerful combat and survival effects. Use the Wolf Cleanup Rod when you want to remove the summoned pack.
• Durability: These custom items do not wear down through normal use. The railgun and Volley Crossbow still consume their required arrows.

Progression And Strategy

Start with the Orbital Remote to try both strike modes, but test them away from builds: the Nuke strike uses TNT, and Stab strikes remove blocks in a broad vertical shaft. For safer ranged testing, use the Volley Crossbow with a single arrow. Save the Orbital Railgun for when you have 64 arrows and two offhand Totems ready.
