Description:
The Weather Controller Totem is a magical item that grants you complete control over the weather. Right-click while holding the totem to instantly cycle through weather conditions in this order: Clear skies, Rain, and Thunderstorm. Each use triggers a 10-second cooldown before you can change the weather again, and a mystical sound effect plays to confirm the change. A colorful chat message displays the new weather type with an icon to let you know which weather state is now active.

User request: add exactly one new item called “Weather Controller Totem.” When the player right-clicks while holding the Weather Controller Totem, it cycles the world weather in this order: Clear → Rain → Thunder → Clear … Features: Changes weather instantly Shows a chat message with the new weather type Works in singleplayer and multiplayer (if the player has permission) Cooldown: 10 seconds Crafting recipe: Totem of Undying in the center, 2 lightning rods on the left and right, 2 lapis lazuli on the top and bottom, and 4 gold ingots in the corners. Item appearance: A golden totem with blue lightning patterns and glowing eyes.
