Quickstart

1. Check your hotbar. The mod provides a Long Gen’s Shop item in slot 8 and a Foundry Battle Pass item in slot 9. Select and use either item to open its menu.
2. Mine blocks. Each block you break grants 1 Battle Pass XP. Use the pass menu to track your progress and claim rewards for levels you’ve reached.
3. Try a boss encounter. In Creative, use an arena blueprint to set up a fight, or use a boss spawn egg on open ground. Boss encounters offer rewards from boss chests, so bring suitable gear.
4. Start with the Obsidian gear recipes below if you have diamond equipment and Obsidian Shards.

Overview

Universal Block Foundry combines block generators, a shop, a 50-level Battle Pass, custom gear, and boss encounters. Mine to progress through the pass, use the shop and generators to gather resources, then take on tougher fights for boss-chest rewards.

What It Adds

• Battle Pass: A free reward track, with an optional premium track.
• Generators: Blocks that produce materials such as ores, ingots, gems, wood, stone, dirt, and colored concrete.
• Shop: Long Gen’s Shop offers items across categories including Blocks, Tools, Gear, Donor, and Special.
• Gear and crafting: Obsidian, Netherite Lava Gem, Amethyst, and Netherite Amethyst Obsidian Dragon equipment.
• Bosses and enemies: Bosses include the Amethyst Revenant, Obsidian Dreadlord, Netherite Triad Serpent, and Netherite Amethyst Obsidian Dragon. Other creatures include Amethyst Hounds and several Dread mobs.
• Arenas and extras: Arena blueprints, an Obsidian Enchanting Table, a Redstone Roulette Slot Machine, and an Undo item.

How To Use

Battle Pass

Use the Foundry Battle Pass item to open its menu. Browse the level pages and select an unlocked reward to claim it. Free rewards are available without unlocking the premium track; a Premium Pass Voucher unlocks premium rewards when used.

Shop and generators

Use Long Gen’s Shop to browse its categories, buy items, or sell eligible resources. Generators are another way to gather materials: place one and collect its output as it appears.

Interact with a generator while holding the required upgrade item. Each upgrade consumes one item; the next-level costs are:

Generators can be upgraded up to level 8. Their available outputs range from basic blocks and resources to rare materials and colored concrete.

Boss encounters

Use an arena blueprint to set up an arena, or use a boss spawn egg in Creative to spawn a boss directly. After a fight, collect the rewards offered by boss chests. The Amethyst Revenant also drops 2–3 Amethyst Gems.

Crafting And Obtaining

The recipes below are shaped crafting-table recipes. Recipe images open the full ingredient layout when selected.

Obsidian equipment

Obsidian armor recipes combine Obsidian Shards with the corresponding diamond armor piece; tools combine shards with the matching diamond tool.

The Obsidian Enchanting Table uses Purpur Blocks, Crying Obsidian, a Book, and an Amethyst Gem:

Netherite Lava Gem equipment

Armor pieces use Netherite Lava Gems. Tools and weapons use Netherite Lava Gems with Netherite Ingots.

Netherite Amethyst Obsidian Dragon equipment

These recipes use Netherite Dragon Scales and Amethyst Netherite Shards.

You can also craft an Undo item with this recipe: . Use it to reverse an eligible recent block break, block placement, or creature kill when the action can still be safely restored.

Abilities And Mechanics

Breaking a block grants 1 Battle Pass XP. Progress starts at level 1 and each level requires more XP than the last: the first level-up takes 100 XP, then the requirement increases by 20 XP per level. The pass stops awarding XP at level 50.

Generators produce different resources, and their upgrade level determines how much they output. Keep the next upgrade item in hand when interacting with one.

Progression And Strategy

Claim available free Battle Pass rewards as you level, and use the shop to turn eligible resources into funds for further purchases. Start with basic generators and gear, then work toward rarer materials and stronger equipment before attempting the boss arenas. Check boss chests after encounters for additional rewards.
