Ultima Weapon

Quickstart

1. Craft the weapon at a smithing table using a Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template, a Mace, and a Nether Star.

1. Hold the Ultima Weapon and right-click without sneaking. Seven spinning blades appear and orbit you.
2. Approach hostile mobs. The blades automatically attack nearby monsters.
3. To dismiss your blades, hold the weapon and Shift-right-click.

Overview

Ultima Weapon is a powerful mace that summons seven orbiting blades. The blades follow their owner, seek nearby hostile mobs, and strike them automatically. They are separate summoned entities rather than dropped items, so they do not occupy inventory slots.

The weapon has a permanent enchantment glint and can be enchanted as a weapon and mace.

What It Adds

• Ultima Weapon, a single-stack netherite-tier mace.
• Seven orbiting blades summoned with a normal right-click.
• Automatic attacks against nearby monsters.
• A dedicated Shift-right-click dismissal action.
• Blades that display the weapon stack used to summon them.

How To Use

Summoning the Blades

Equip the Ultima Weapon and use it normally:

• Right-click: Dismisses your existing blades, then summons a fresh set of seven.
• Shift-right-click: Dismisses your existing blades without summoning new ones.

The blades arrange themselves around you and continue orbiting as you move. They remain active until you dismiss them or their owner is no longer available.

Fighting With the Blades

The blades search for living hostile mobs near you. When they find a target, they fly toward it, rapidly spin during the attack, and return to their orbit afterward.

Each successful strike:

• Deals 12 points of damage.
• Sets the target on fire for 4 seconds.
• Applies freezing for 7 seconds.
• Applies Slowness II for 4 seconds.

The blades are non-collidable and do not disappear when they reach a target.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the Ultima Weapon in a smithing table. Its recipe requires:

• One Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template
• One Mace
• One Nether Star

The result is a single Ultima Weapon.

The item is also available in the Combat category of the Creative inventory.

Abilities And Mechanics

Seven-Blade Orbit

Exactly seven blades are created with each normal summon. They orbit at different positions around the player, with a gentle bobbing motion while idle.

Automatic Targeting

Each blade looks for a nearby hostile monster within roughly seven blocks of its owner. Staying close to enemies lets the blades acquire and attack them.

Strike Effects

The blades’ attacks combine direct damage with fire, freezing, and Slowness. These effects make the weapon especially useful for controlling groups of hostile mobs while you reposition.

Ownership And Dismissal

Only the player who summoned a set can dismiss it. Shift-right-clicking the weapon removes that player’s active blades. Normal right-clicking replaces the current set with seven newly summoned blades.

Progression And Strategy

• Use the weapon when surrounded by hostile mobs so the blades can attack while you focus on movement or defense.
• Stay near your target; the blades only search for monsters close to their owner.
• Let the blades apply Slowness and freezing before closing in for melee attacks.
• Dismiss the blades after a fight to clear the orbiting visuals.
• Enchant the Ultima Weapon with suitable weapon, mace, or durability enchantments to support your preferred combat style.
