1. Craft a Titan Tonic using the recipe below (you'll also automatically receive the recipe unlocked in your recipe book when you join a world).
2. Hold the Titan Tonic and use it like a potion: right-click and hold to drink it.

Titan Tonic is a single-item mod that adds a powerful hybrid food-and-potion drink. It's designed for players who want a quick way to refill their hunger bar while also getting a combat edge from a Strength buff — all in one item.

What It Adds

• Titan Tonic — a drinkable item that behaves like a potion but also fills your hunger bar.

How To Use

• Hold the Titan Tonic in your hand and right-click (hold) to drink it, just like a potion.
• It takes a moment to drink, the same as drinking a potion.
• After drinking, you'll be left holding an empty glass bottle (unless you're in Creative Mode, where the tonic isn't consumed from your inventory).
• The Titan Tonic stacks only one at a time, so you'll need to craft or carry multiple bottles if you want backups.

You don't need to search for this recipe in a crafting table's book manually the first time — it's automatically unlocked for you as soon as you join the world.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Hunger Restoration: Drinking the Titan Tonic restores a large amount of hunger (comparable to eating a hearty meal), along with decent saturation to keep you fuller for longer.
• Strength Boost: Upon finishing your drink, you gain the Strength I effect for a long duration (3 minutes), increasing your melee damage.
• Bottle Return: Like other bottled drinks, finishing a Titan Tonic leaves you with an empty glass bottle, which you can refill with water and reuse for other purposes.

Progression And Strategy

Titan Tonic is best used as a pre-fight buff or an efficient way to refuel after a long expedition — it lets you skip separately eating food and drinking a Strength potion by combining both effects into a single item. Keep a few bottles crafted and stored for emergencies before boss fights, raids, or PvP encounters where the extra melee damage and full hunger bar can make the difference.
