    Description:

Hear me, mortal—The Eternal Colosseum is a living mega‑arena you summon into your world with /colosseum build (or /colosseum build fire) and then initiate cinematic, multi‑phase boss battles with /colosseum start <boss> against champions like Titus Ironclad, Nyxara, Thal'Vorgath, the Arena Eternal and the post‑final The END of All. Fights feature shifting pits, rising platforms, trap gates, spinning blades, crowd projectiles and dramatic arena transformations (tuned to be more forgiving); defeat phases award thematic loot such as Ironclad Plate, Gladiator’s Momentum, Veilcloak, Shadowfang Daggers, Beastheart Totem, Emperor’s Tusks and the Colosseum Sigil, plus Colosseum Marble, Enchanted Obsidian and Phantom Crowd Stone for crafting grander spectacles, and you can practice or summon champions individually with boss spawn eggs (use /colosseum eggs to grant all five) — eggs spawn practice bosses that show a live boss bar to nearby players and automatically remove themselves when the champion dies. New in this version: if you defeat all existing Colosseum bosses the game now unlocks and automatically queues The King, a royal undead monarch with a custom skin, its own phase‑based hazards, guard summons and unique rewards; manage sessions with /colosseum reset, /colosseum rewards and /colosseum status while enjoying readable arena announcements and dramatic sound cues.

    Mod Wiki

    The Eternal Colosseum

    Quickstart

    1. Build the arena — In a world with operator permissions, run /colosseum build to summon the mega-arena at your location. For a fire-themed variant, use /colosseum build fire.
    2. Start a boss fight — Run /colosseum start titus_ironclad (or any other boss name) to begin a cinematic battle inside the arena.
    3. Practice with spawn eggs — Run /colosseum eggs to receive all five boss spawn eggs. Place one to spawn a practice version of that champion with a live boss bar; it removes itself automatically when defeated.
    4. Check your session — Use /colosseum status to see fight progress, /colosseum rewards to collect loot, and /colosseum reset to clear a session.

    Overview

The Eternal Colosseum drops a massive, purpose-built gladiatorial arena into your world and fills it with cinematic, multi-phase boss battles. The arena shifts beneath your feet as you fight — pits open, platforms rise, trap gates slam shut, spinning blades sweep across the floor, and the crowd hurls projectiles. Defeat each champion to earn unique thematic loot, then craft that loot into spectacular decorative blocks. Clear every champion and a secret final boss unlocks automatically.

    Boss Spawn Eggs

Five spawn eggs let you practice against any champion outside a formal session:

    • Titus Ironclad Spawn Egg
    • Nyxara Spawn Egg
    • Thal'Vorgath Spawn Egg
    • The Arena Eternal Spawn Egg
    • The END of All Spawn Egg

Each egg spawns a practice boss with a live boss bar visible to nearby players. The entity removes itself automatically upon death.

    How To Use

    Building the Arena

    Run one of:

    • /colosseum build — standard stone arena
    • /colosseum build fire — fire-themed arena variant

The arena structure is placed in the world at your current location. Make sure there is enough flat, open space.

    Starting Boss Fights

    /colosseum start <boss>

Replace <boss> with the boss name (e.g., titus_ironclad, nyxara, thal_vorgath, arena_eternal, end_of_all). The fight begins with dramatic sound cues and arena announcements. Each fight progresses through phases; the arena itself transforms as phases advance.

    Session Management

    CommandEffect
    /colosseum start <boss>Begin a boss encounter
    /colosseum statusView current session progress
    /colosseum rewardsCollect any pending loot
    /colosseum resetClear the current session
/colosseum eggsGrant yourself all five boss spawn eggs

    Practice Mode

Use /colosseum eggs to obtain all five spawn eggs. Right-click to place them anywhere in your world. Practice bosses behave like full champions and display a boss bar to nearby players, but they despawn automatically when killed so your world stays clean.

    Crafting And Obtaining

    Abilities And Mechanics

    Arena Hazards

Fights take place inside a living arena that reacts to each boss phase:

    • Shifting pits — floor sections drop away, requiring careful footing
    • Rising platforms — new surfaces emerge mid-fight, changing the battlefield geometry
    • Trap gates — doors slam shut, splitting the arena or cornering players
    • Spinning blades — rotating obstacles sweep across the floor
    • Crowd projectiles — spectators in the stands hurl objects into the fight

    Boss Phases

Every champion transitions through multiple phases. Phase transitions are signalled by dramatic sound cues and on-screen announcements. The arena itself may transform between phases — don't expect the same footing throughout the fight.

    The King (Secret Boss)

Defeating all five main Colosseum champions causes The King to unlock and queue automatically — no command required. The King is a royal undead monarch with a custom appearance, phase-based hazards, guard summons, and a unique loot table. He represents the true final challenge of the Colosseum.

    Progression And Strategy

    1. Start with Titus Ironclad — a straightforward armoured warrior; his Ironclad Plate and Gladiator's Momentum rewards are ingredients for later crafting.
    2. Take on Nyxara — her shadow-based toolkit introduces teleporting and darkness hazards. The Veilcloak she drops is required for Enchanted Obsidian.
    3. Face Thal'Vorgath — a beast-type champion; his Beastheart Totem and Emperor's Tusks open up the premium decorative block recipes.
    4. Challenge The Arena Eternal and The END of All — these end-tier encounters feature the most dramatic arena transformations. Clearing both, alongside the earlier three, unlocks The King.
    5. Conquer The King — the hidden final boss with guard summons and escalating phase hazards. His unique rewards are the mark of a true Colosseum champion.
    6. Build with your spoils — use Colosseum Marble, Enchanted Obsidian, and Phantom Crowd Stone to create your own grand spectacles within and beyond the arena.

Tip: Use /colosseum eggs to practice a specific champion before committing to a formal session. Spawn eggs let you learn attack patterns without touching your session progress.
