The Tempest Cannon grants a jump blast that propels you upward while briefly applying slow falling during the ascent for a smoother, more controlled launch. To use it, equip the cannon and press your jump key while holding it — the ability triggers on the jump action (not by holding) and retains its normal cooldown, damage, particles, and sound.
