Quickstart

1. Craft a Rabbit Form Carrot using the recipe below.
2. Eat it like any food item — hold right-click until the eating animation completes.
3. You are now in Rabbit Form. Jump to feel the difference immediately — you'll launch dramatically higher than normal.
4. While airborne, press Jump again to perform a double jump.
5. Still airborne? Hold the Jump key to enter a sustained glide that slows your descent and gives you steering control.
6. Eat another Rabbit Form Carrot at any time to toggle the transformation off.

Overview

Rabbit Form Carrot adds a single craftable consumable item that permanently toggles Rabbit Form on your character. While active, Rabbit Form overhauls your movement with dramatically boosted jumps, a midair double jump, a hold-to-glide mechanic, faster sprinting, and complete immunity to fall damage. The transformation persists through logouts, so you only need to eat the carrot once per play session — or until you choose to deactivate it.

How To Use

Activating and Deactivating Rabbit Form

Hold right-click with the Rabbit Form Carrot in hand and wait for the full eating animation to complete (just like eating regular food). A green action bar message confirms activation. To deactivate, simply eat a second Rabbit Form Carrot — a red message confirms the transformation has ended.

Because the transformation is stored on your character, it survives logging out and back in. You do not need to re-eat the carrot each session.

Abilities And Mechanics

Enhanced Jump

Every jump launches you far higher than normal. This applies to every ground jump while Rabbit Form is active.

Double Jump

While airborne after any jump, press the Jump key a second time to execute a double jump. This resets each time you land. A rabbit-jump sound and a puff of cloud particles play on activation.

Hold-to-Glide

While airborne (after either a normal jump or a double jump), hold the Jump key continuously to enter a glide state:

• Gravity is greatly reduced each tick the key is held.
• Descent speed is capped, preventing fast falls.
• Your fall distance is cleared each tick, keeping fall damage nullified even if you somehow take a hard landing.
• Horizontal air control is noticeably stronger and smoother, letting you steer easily in any direction.
• Cloud particles and sparkle effects appear around you, along with a subtle bunny-ear animation above your head, so you always know glide is active.

Releasing the Jump key or touching the ground instantly ends the glide. There is no cooldown — you can re-enter glide on the same airborne arc by holding Jump again.

Fall Damage Immunity

All fall damage is completely cancelled while Rabbit Form is active, regardless of how high you fell or whether you were gliding.

Faster Sprinting

Sprint speed is increased above the vanilla baseline while Rabbit Form is active.

Multiplayer Consistency

Your movement inputs (Jump held, forward, and sideways) are mirrored to the server every tick, ensuring glide steering feels just as responsive on a multiplayer server as it does in singleplayer.

Craft the Rabbit Form Carrot at a crafting table. The recipe is unlocked automatically when you join any world.

The recipe requires 3 Feathers, 3 Rabbit's Feet, and 1 Carrot arranged in a specific shaped pattern, yielding one Rabbit Form Carrot.

Progression And Strategy

• Early game: Rabbit's Feet require hunting rabbits, which are a renewable passive mob. Three feet plus three feathers (from chickens) makes the carrot accessible without any special biomes or structures.
• Exploration: Fall damage immunity and high jumps make traversing mountains, ravines, and cliffs completely risk-free. Pair glide with a running start to cross wide gaps that would otherwise be impossible.
• Double jump timing: Use the first jump to gain height, then save the double jump as a safety net when you misjudge a gap or want extra elevation.
• Glide steering: Since air control is enhanced during the glide, you can correct your trajectory mid-air far more precisely than in vanilla — aim for narrow ledges or rooftops with confidence.
• Toggling off: If a server has areas where flying or enhanced movement is disadvantageous (e.g., tight PvP arenas), eat a second carrot to revert to normal instantly. Stock a few in your inventory so you can switch freely.
