Playful Cloud Flail - melee flail that performs Playful Strike: three rapid hits that knock enemies back, with the final swing breaking guards. Grants a Strength effect. Chained Dropkick: a grab that wraps the flail around the target and launches them backward.

User request: Playful Cloud Playful Strike Attacks 3 times on the enemy sending them away afterwards, last swing guardbreaks. 1 Playful Strike Strength Chained Dropkick A grab movement that wraps Playful Cloud around the opponent to send them backwards with a dropkick.
