Peter Griffin Power Up

Quickstart

1. Craft the Peter Griffin Power-Up chestplate using the recipe below.
2. Hold it in your hand and right-click to equip it in your chest slot.
3. Walk up to an enemy and land three normal attacks to trigger the combo finisher — the third hit deals bonus damage and launches the target.
4. Try pressing Y on the ground to swing at all nearby enemies, or R to pop Rage Mode.

Overview

The Peter Griffin Power-Up is a single enchantment-glinting chestplate item that turns you into a close-range brawler. Wearing it unlocks a full suite of brawling abilities — punch combos, a headbutt charge, a crowd-clearing swing, a ground slam, and a short-burst Rage Mode — all layered on top of solid armor protection.

How To Use

Equipping

Hold the item in your hand and right-click to place it in your chest armor slot. The chest slot must be empty to equip this way.

Punch Combo

Simply attack enemies normally while wearing the chestplate. Hits are tracked in a combo counter that resets if you go more than 1.5 seconds without attacking.

• Hit 1 & 2 — Normal attacks with custom punch sound effects.
• Hit 3 (Finisher) — Deals +6 bonus damage, launches the enemy backward, and triggers an explosion particle burst.

Headbutt Charge

Sprint, then right-click while holding the item in your hand (you don't need to unequip it). You lunge forward, dealing 8 damage to enemies in front of you, knocking them away, and propelling yourself in the direction you're looking.

Crowd Swing (Ground)

Press Y while standing on the ground to slam-spin and hit all enemies within range around you.

Ground Slam (Airborne)

Press Y while in the air to crash down and obliterate everything within 5 blocks of the impact point.

Rage Mode

Press R to activate Rage Mode for 10 seconds. During this time you receive:

While Rage Mode is active, every attack also deals an additional 4 bonus damage on top of normal and combo damage.

Abilities And Mechanics

All abilities require the chestplate to be equipped. Rage Mode and Crowd Swing / Ground Slam keybinds can be rebound in Options → Controls → Peter Griffin Abilities.

Progression And Strategy

• Start with the combo. Three hits in quick succession is your bread-and-butter for single targets. The finisher's knockback can also be used to push mobs off ledges.
• Use Headbutt to close gaps. It self-propels you forward, making it useful for both offense and repositioning.
• Save Ground Slam for crowds. Jump into a mob cluster, then press Y mid-air for a devastating AOE landing.
• Pop Rage Mode before big fights. The 10-second window stacks with every other ability, so activate it right before engaging a boss or large mob group to maximize the bonus damage on each hit.
• The armor material provides 8 chestplate defense points with 3.0 toughness and 0.2 knockback resistance, giving you meaningful survivability to stand in melee range where these abilities shine.
