    Description:

Nightpeek Stalker fills your world with tense, cinematic horror by adding several Nightpeek variants that peek from behind logs and walls to trigger loud jumpscares, screen darkening, nausea, slowness, particles and action‑bar horror messages before vanishing or burning in daylight. The forest‑bound Mimic (replacing the old Abomination) still spawns roughly 17 blocks away, copies your visible name and an unsettling skin, applies Blindness and begins chasing when you come within 12 blocks while leaving a longer, denser trail of green particle arrows toward a safety endpoint; Mimics are much rarer in the wild (about a 1 in 50 chance) though a Creative spawn egg is kept for testing. Freeze Watchers now spawn only in exact pairs at day, night or underground, remain inactive until you move within 6 blocks and stand perfectly still while you look at them, but when you look away they move far faster with increased health, damage and follow range and close in with denser soul particles, whisper sounds, darker and louder wake‑up feedback, stronger nausea/darkness effects and a larger, more terrifying close‑range scare; dying to a Nightpeek stare, Mimic, or Nightpeek hunt shows a full‑screen jumpscare overlay with a loud screech, and you can craft a single‑use Nightpeek Magic Stick (stack 1) that instantly kills a Nightpeek variant when right‑clicked.

    Quickstart

    1. Load a survival world — Nightpeek creatures spawn automatically in your world.
    2. Explore forests, caves, or open terrain to encounter peeking figures behind trees and walls.
    3. Craft a Nightpeek Magic Stick to defend yourself:

    Arrow

    1. Right-click the Magic Stick on any Nightpeek creature to instantly destroy it. (It is single-use; you get one kill per stick.)
    2. If you want to test creatures safely, grab their spawn eggs from the Creative inventory.

    Overview

Nightpeek Stalker turns your Minecraft world into a cinematic horror experience. Several distinct creatures lurk in your environment, each with its own frightening behaviour — peeking from behind objects, freezing in place while you watch, or mimicking your name as they stalk you. Encounters trigger jumpscares, screen darkening, nausea, slowness, particle effects, and ominous action-bar messages. Dying to the most dangerous variants shows a full-screen jumpscare overlay accompanied by a piercing screech.

    How To Use

    Surviving an Encounter

    • Peeking variants appear behind logs and walls. When triggered they unleash a jumpscare sound, screen darkening, nausea, and slowness before disappearing. Stay alert in dense forests and near large structures.
    • Nightpeek Stare / Hunt — if either of these kills you, a full-screen jumpscare image fills your screen alongside a loud screech. Respawn and keep a Magic Stick on hand.
    • Right-click any Nightpeek creature with the Magic Stick to kill it instantly. The stick is consumed after one use.

    Nightpeek Freeze Watcher

    • Freeze Watchers always spawn in pairs and can appear at any time of day or underground.
    • While you are looking directly at one, it stands perfectly still and does nothing.
    • The moment you look away, it activates: it moves much faster, gains increased health, damage, and follow range, and closes in with dense soul particles and whisper sounds.
    • Wake-up feedback is loud and the effect darkens your screen heavily with strong nausea. Stay within 6 blocks and keep eyes on it, or use a Magic Stick before looking away.

    The Mimic

    • Mimics are rare wilderness spawns (roughly a 1-in-50 chance). They appear in forested areas roughly 17 blocks from you.
    • A Mimic copies your visible player name and wears an unsettling skin.
    • When you come within 12 blocks, it applies Blindness and begins chasing you.
    • As it chases, it leaves a trail of green particle arrows pointing toward a designated safety endpoint — follow them to escape.
    • A Mimic spawn egg is available in Creative mode for testing.

    Crafting And Obtaining

    Nightpeek Magic Stick

The Magic Stick has a stack size of 1. Craft more to keep spares. It works on every Nightpeek variant including the Mimic and Freeze Watchers.

    Abilities And Mechanics

    Jumpscare System

All Nightpeek variants trigger audio-visual jumpscares on proximity: a loud sound, screen darkening, nausea, and slowness. The action bar displays horror messages during the event.

    Death Jumpscare Overlay

Dying specifically to the Nightpeek Stare, Nightpeek Hunt, or the Mimic triggers a full-screen overlay that persists for several seconds and plays two layered screech sounds at high volume.

    Daylight Weakness

Standard Nightpeek peeking variants burn or vanish in daylight. Freeze Watchers and Mimics are not restricted to night and can appear at any time.

    Particle Trails

    • Mimic leaves a long, dense trail of green particle arrows guiding you toward safety.
    • Freeze Watchers emit dense soul particles as they close in on you.

    Death Message

When a Nightpeek creature kills you, the death message reads: "[Player] got clapped".

    Progression And Strategy

    • Early game: Craft a Magic Stick as soon as you have iron ingots and a wooden sword. Keep at least one in your hotbar at all times.
    • Freeze Watchers: Never look away without a plan. Back into a corner so both watchers stay in your field of view simultaneously, then use the Magic Stick to eliminate them.
    • The Mimic: If you see a figure in the forest with your own name, do not approach within 12 blocks until you are ready to run. Blindness makes escaping extremely difficult — follow the green particle arrows and have a Magic Stick ready.
    • Night exploration: Bring multiple Magic Sticks on long cave or forest expeditions. The sticks are cheap to craft and each only lasts one use.
    • Creative testing: Use the six spawn eggs to practice encounters in a safe environment before facing them in survival.
