- Equip the Night Helm for passive bonus health and resistance while worn.

Overview
Night Lucky Block adds a mysterious glowing block along with a set of powerful "Night" themed tools, weapons, armor, and food items. The centerpiece is the Night Lucky Block itself — a lucky-block-style object that rewards curious players when broken. Around it is built an arsenal of overpowered gear suited for creative or high-power survival play: explosive projectiles, a poison bow, a one-hit pickaxe, a devastating scythe, buff-granting food, and defensive armor.
What It Adds
| Item | Type | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Night Lucky Block | Block | Glowing block that gives a random night-themed effect/reward when broken |
| Night Pickaxe | Tool | Netherite-tier pickaxe that mines everything instantly and deals heavy melee damage |
| Night Scythe | Weapon | Netherite-tier sword dealing massive damage and granting the attacker strong buffs on hit |
| Night Apple | Food | Grants permanent bonus health plus a long list of powerful potion effects |
| Night Help | Food | Restores health and grants speed and night vision |
| Night Blast Cart | Throwable | Thrown item that explodes violently on impact |
| Night Gun | Ranged Weapon | Fires a fast laser projectile that burns and heavily damages targets |
| Night Poison Bow | Ranged Weapon | Fires a spread of poison arrows that explode where they land |
| Night Helm | Armor | Netherite-tier helmet granting bonus health and constant resistance while worn |
How To Use
- Night Lucky Block: Place it like a normal block, then mine it with a pickaxe. Breaking it triggers its hidden night-themed effect. Its tooltip hints "Break to receive a random night-themed reward!" — try it out to see what happens.
- Night Poison Bow: Hold right-click to draw, then release to fire. Each shot launches three arrows in a spread. Arrows explode on impact, dealing area damage and poisoning any living target they strike directly.
- Night Gun: Right-click to fire a fast laser bolt that deals heavy damage and sets targets on fire. It has a very short cooldown between shots, but costs a small amount of durability per shot.
- Night Blast Cart: Right-click to throw. It explodes on any collision — with a creature or with the ground — dealing large area damage. Has a short cooldown between throws.
- Night Pickaxe: Instantly mines virtually any block and hits enemies extremely hard in melee.
- Night Scythe: A sword that deals very high melee damage and showers the wielder with combat buffs (strength, speed, night vision, regeneration, resistance) every time it lands a hit.
- Night Apple / Night Help: Eat like normal food (they're always edible, even when full). The Night Apple grants a permanent health boost and a long-lasting set of powerful effects (night vision, regeneration, resistance, speed, strength, fire resistance, and absorption). Night Help heals you and grants speed and night vision.
- Night Helm: Wear it in the helmet slot. While equipped it permanently adds bonus health and keeps you under a strong, hidden resistance effect. Removing the helmet takes away the bonus health.
Crafting And Obtaining
The Night Lucky Block is crafted from glow ink sacs, nether stars, and an ender eye:
The other Night-themed items (pickaxe, scythe, apple, help food, blast cart, gun, poison bow, and helm) are not craftable through a grid recipe — obtain them through creative mode, commands, or as rewards from breaking the Night Lucky Block.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Explosive Projectiles: Both the Night Blast Cart and Night Poison Bow create real explosions that can damage terrain and entities — use them carefully near builds you want to keep.
- Poison On Impact: Poison arrows apply a poison status effect to any living entity they directly strike, in addition to their explosion.
- Persistent Buffs: The Night Apple, Night Help, and Night Helm all grant attribute modifiers (extra max health) that persist as long as the source (a helmet) is equipped, or permanently once eaten (apple/help food).
- Durability: The Night Gun, Night Poison Bow, Night Pickaxe, Night Scythe, and Night Helm all have very high but finite durability and will need repair or replacement eventually in survival play.
- Cooldowns: Ranged and thrown weapons have brief cooldowns to prevent rapid spam-firing.
Progression And Strategy
This mod is built around instant high-power gear rather than a long grind. Start by crafting and breaking the Night Lucky Block to see what reward it grants, then experiment with the offensive tools (Poison Bow, Blast Cart, Gun, Scythe, Pickaxe) for combat and mining, and use the Night Apple, Night Help food, and Night Helm to keep yourself durable in a fight. Because most of the equipment is extremely powerful and long-lasting, it's best suited for creative building, boss fights, or any playstyle where you want overwhelming firepower and survivability without a lengthy setup process.
