Missile Forge Launcher adds a handheld Rocket Launcher that fires eight distinct missile types, each with unique area effects ranging from raw explosive damage to massive poison or wither clouds. The mod also includes a suite of protective helmets and armor to survive the chaos you — or enemies — create.
All items appear in the Combat creative tab.

The projectile travels in a slight arc, trails smoke and flame particles, and detonates on contact or after ~10 seconds of travel.

Gas Mask — equip in the helmet slot. Continuously removes Poison, blocking gas missile effects.
Plague Doctor Mask — equip in the helmet slot. Continuously removes Wither, blocking plague missile effects.
Super Mask — equip in the helmet slot. Removes both Poison and Wither, and grants permanent Fire Resistance. Blocks the Death Cloud Missile's combined effects on its own.
Fire Protection Armor — netherite-tier armor with doubled base durability.
Early game: Craft Normal Missiles and the Rocket Launcher as soon as you have iron and TNT. Normal Missiles are cheap and effective at clearing mobs or small structures.
Mid game: Upgrade to Explosive and Napalm Missiles. Napalm is especially effective against groups — it ignites everything in a wide radius without destroying your builds. Craft a Gas Mask or Plague Doctor Mask before using Gas or Plague Missiles in close quarters.
Late game: Nuke Missiles demand caution — their blast radius is enormous and they actively break terrain. Save them for open-world demolition. The Death Cloud Missile is the ultimate area-denial tool: its colossal radius applies both Poison VIII and Wither VIII, but it requires you to have already crafted Gas, Plague, and Explosive Missiles first.
Defense: The Fire Protection armor set is essential if you're fighting in the Nether or facing Napalm missiles. Combine the Gas Mask, Plague Doctor Mask, and Fire Protection Helmet at a crafting table to produce the Super Mask — a single helmet that handles poison, wither, and fire threats simultaneously, freeing the other three armor slots for whatever you prefer.
