The Mario Ice Flower is a throwable item: right-click to launch a soul-fire–themed projectile that leaves an eerie soul-fire trail and deposits soul fire on blocks it strikes. On entity impact it deals 26 freezing damage, applies vanilla frozen ticks for a visible freeze effect and spawns snowflake and soul-fire impact particles instead of setting targets on fire; a short half-second cooldown applies between throws.
