Description
Control fish in a whirling vortex. Lord of the Fins Pickle is a god tier sea‑pickle that when held, enchants fish and nearby aquatic creatures within 100 blocks, putting them into a visible trance so they whirl around you in tight Poseidon‑style orbits with bubbles and sparks. Right‑click toggles the attraction on or off — enabling it starts the whirl and disabling it immediately releases all tranced creatures; while the attraction is active, a long‑press (hold) of the right‑click launches a 4‑block hover above the water while the fish continue to swirl, and a subsequent right‑click stops the hover and releases the fish. While equipped you continuously breathe underwater, and holding or using the pickle now plays ambient ocean/divine/storm sounds and causes rain to start, which will stop when you unequip the pickle (or when the last holder unequips it). Snare pufferfish in your swirl and you can use them to take out drowneds easily, or pull your obedient fish onto land and harvest them for food...The ability to "vacuum" fish into a 100-block orbit and transport them is a clever way to handle aquatic resource gathering without complex machinery. I added a little quirk, when you use the pickle it says audibly "I AM LORD PICKLE" LOL. Part of my new mod series I am working on "Lord Of The Fins" like lord of the rings but for fish.

Quickstart
- Gather a Sea Pickle, a Dark Prismarine block, and a Prismarine Shard.
- Craft the Lord Of The Fins Pickle at a crafting table:
- Hold the pickle in your hand — you will hear a ghostly hollow voice and see eerie particles.
- Right-click once to toggle the fish attraction on. Nearby fish and aquatic creatures within 100 blocks will enter a trance and begin orbiting you with bubbles and sparks.
- While the attraction is active, hold right-click to launch yourself 4 blocks above the water in a dramatic hover while the fish continue swirling around you.
- Right-click again while hovering to descend and release all tranced creatures.
Overview
The Lord Of The Fins Pickle is a rare, enchantment-glowing aquatic relic shaped like a sea pickle but radiating divine power. It acts as a command artifact for ocean life — drawing fish into hypnotic orbits, lifting you above the waves, keeping you breathing underwater, and summoning storms with its presence. It has 512 durability and sits in the Nature tab of your inventory.

How To Use
Toggling the Trance
Right-click while holding the pickle to enable the attraction. All fish and aquatic creatures within 100 blocks are pulled into a visible trance and whirl around you in tight Poseidon-style orbits, surrounded by bubble and spark particles. Your action bar will confirm the trance has started.
Right-click again to disable the attraction. Every tranced creature is instantly released and returns to normal behaviour.
Hovering Above Water
With the attraction already active, hold right-click to trigger a breach — you are launched 4 blocks above the water's surface while the orbiting fish continue to swirl around you. Right-click once more to end the hover and release all fish simultaneously. You must be in or directly above water for the hover to activate; the action bar will tell you if the conditions are not met.
Passive Effects While Equipped
- Infinite water breathing — you never consume oxygen while the pickle is in your hand.
- Ambient ocean, divine, and storm sounds play continuously.
- Rain begins as soon as you equip the pickle and stops the moment you unequip it (or when no player is holding one).

The pickle is rare rarity (purple name with enchantment glint) and has a maximum stack size of 1.

Progression And Strategy
- Early ocean exploration: Craft the pickle as soon as you have access to an ocean monument or dark prismarine ruins. The infinite water breathing alone makes deep-sea looting much safer.
- Fish farming: Toggle the attraction on near a large fish population to gather many creatures in one spot, then disable it to release them near your base.
- Hover scouting: Use the breach hover to get a quick elevated view of ocean terrain without a boat or elytra.
- Repairing: The pickle can be repaired using Sea Pickles in an anvil (128 durability per pickle), so keep a supply on hand for extended ocean expeditions.
- Enchanting: The pickle accepts sword-type enchantments, giving it additional value beyond its aquatic abilities.
