Description
King's Paladin is a full high-fantasy paladin plate armor set of polished deep ruby-red crystalline plates, burnished gold filigree, and a crown-like visor; each piece functions as heavy Protection armor and now carries guaranteed built-in enchantments (Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending) that are visible and active when worn. The helmet additionally grants Respiration III and Aqua Affinity, the chestplate retains Thorns III, and the boots include both Feather Falling IV and Depth Strider III; these enchantments are baked into the items and cannot be removed. Wear each piece normally to gain its individual benefits, and equip the entire set to receive the full set bonus of +20% knockback resistance and permanent Strength I.

Overview
King's Paladin adds a complete high-fantasy paladin plate armor set to Bedrock Minecraft. The armor is styled as polished deep ruby-red crystalline plates with burnished gold filigree and a crown-like visor. Every piece glows with an enchantment sheen, comes pre-loaded with powerful baked-in enchantments, and wearing the full set unlocks a bonus that no other armor in the base game provides.
What It Adds
| Piece | Armor Points | Durability |
|---|---|---|
| Kings Paladin Helmet | 3 | 500 |
| Kings Paladin Chestplate | 8 | 700 |
| Kings Paladin Leggings | 6 | 650 |
| Kings Paladin Boots | 3 | 580 |
All four pieces are Epic rarity and display a permanent enchantment glint.
Abilities And Mechanics
Built-In Enchantments (cannot be removed)
Every piece shares a base set of enchantments, plus piece-specific bonuses:
| Piece | Enchantments |
|---|---|
| Helmet | Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending, Respiration III, Aqua Affinity |
| Chestplate | Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending, Thorns III |
| Leggings | Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending |
| Boots | Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending, Feather Falling IV, Depth Strider III |
- Mending — experience you collect automatically repairs the armor you're wearing.
- Unbreaking III — greatly reduces the chance of taking durability damage.
- Respiration III — extends underwater breathing time.
- Aqua Affinity — lets you mine at full speed underwater.
- Thorns III — damages attackers when they hit you.
- Feather Falling IV — dramatically reduces fall damage.
- Depth Strider III — lets you move at full speed through water.
Full Set Bonus
Equip all four pieces simultaneously to activate:
- +20% Knockback Resistance — enemies have a much harder time launching you back.
- Permanent Strength I — your melee attacks deal bonus damage at all times.
- Red Flame Aura — a subtle visual aura plays around your character while the set bonus is active.
The set bonus is checked every few seconds. If you remove any piece, Strength I is removed and the bonus deactivates immediately.
Repairs
Each piece can be repaired using Amethyst Shards in an Anvil, restoring a portion of durability per shard. Mending will also repair pieces passively as you collect XP.
Crafting And Obtaining
All four pieces are crafted at a standard Crafting Table.

Progression And Strategy
- Mine Netherite first. All four pieces require multiple Netherite Ingots, so prepare for a Nether expedition before crafting.
- Craft the full set as soon as possible. Each piece is strong alone, but the Strength I set bonus makes a significant difference in combat — especially against bosses.
- Dive without fear. With Respiration III, Aqua Affinity, and Depth Strider III on the helmet and boots respectively, the full set makes underwater exploration trivial. Ocean monuments and shipwrecks become much easier to tackle.
- Don't fall. Feather Falling IV on the boots provides near-complete fall damage immunity, letting you explore mountains and the End with minimal risk.
- Let enemies come to you. Thorns III on the chestplate punishes melee attackers, making the set especially effective when surrounded — pair with Strength I for an aggressive counter-attack style.
- Keep Amethyst Shards in your inventory for emergency anvil repairs if you're away from XP sources, since Mending handles durability passively over time during normal play.
