Juli Pander

Quickstart

1. Open your inventory or creative menu and find the Juli Pander Spawn Egg.
2. Use the egg on any surface to spawn Juli Pander, or find one naturally in jungle and bamboo forest biomes (including underground in jungles) at night or in dark areas.
3. Approach carefully — Juli Pander hits extremely hard and attacks almost anything nearby, including animals and other mobs, not just players.
4. Keep your distance when it targets you from afar; it can loose arrows like a ranged attacker.
5. Defeat it to collect zombie-style loot along with rare panda-themed trophies.

Overview

Juli Pander is a hostile mob mashup — a zombified panda that has fully embraced the undead side of its nature. It looks like a panda but behaves like a relentless zombie predator, attacking almost any living creature it encounters, wielding both brutal melee strikes and surprising ranged attacks with arrows. It spawns in the wild in jungle-related biomes and can also be summoned directly using its spawn egg.

What It Adds

• Juli Pander — a new hostile mob that spawns naturally in jungle and bamboo biomes, above ground and underground.
• Juli Pander Spawn Egg — lets you place Juli Pander anywhere on demand.
• Unique loot drops, including rare named trophy items dropped only when you land the killing blow yourself.

How To Use

• Spawning naturally: Juli Pander appears in jungle biomes (including underground) and bamboo forest biomes, favoring dark areas (light level 7 or below), on grass, stone, coarse dirt, or podzol.
• Spawning manually: Use the Juli Pander Spawn Egg on any block to place one instantly.
• Riding: Juli Pander can be ridden like other zombie-type mobs if you have a way to mount it.
• Combat behavior: It aggressively hunts nearly every other creature within a large radius, not just players, and will chase persistently once it notices a target. It attacks in melee with devastating force and can also fire arrows at range.
• Environmental hazard: It avoids water and takes damage in lava, so leading it into lava or across water hazards is a viable strategy for dealing with it.
• Interacting: You can interact with Juli Pander directly, though it offers no taming or trading — this mob is purely aggressive.

Crafting And Obtaining

Juli Pander has no crafting recipes. It is obtained only by:

• Encountering one in the wild (jungle or bamboo forest biomes).
• Spawning one with the Juli Pander Spawn Egg from your inventory.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Extreme melee damage — a single hit from Juli Pander deals massive damage, so armor and shields are strongly recommended before engaging.
• Ranged arrow attacks — at a distance it can fire arrows, giving it reach beyond normal zombie mobs.
• Universal aggression — it targets almost any nearby entity that isn't another Juli Pander, making it a threat to wildlife and other mobs, not just players.
• Persistent tracking — once it spots a target, it will pursue relentlessly across a wide radius.
• Zombie traits — like other undead, it retains zombie-family traits such as avoiding water and burning in sunlight-sensitive conditions typical of zombies, plus taking damage in lava.
• Panda animations — despite its deadly behavior, it still shows panda-like idle animations such as sitting, lying down, and rolling.

Progression And Strategy

Juli Pander is a dangerous early encounter best approached with good armor, ranged weapons, or terrain tricks like water and lava to avoid its heavy melee hits. Defeating it rewards standard zombie loot — rotten flesh, bamboo, arrows, and bones — plus a chance at rare trophy drops:

• Decayed Spike — a bone-based rare drop.
• Juli Pander's Glowing Eye — a rare redstone-based trophy.
• A damaged bow — an uncommon weapon drop.

These rarer rewards only drop when you personally land the finishing blow, encouraging direct confrontation rather than letting other mobs or environmental hazards finish it off.
