Quickstart

1. Craft the Iron Nugget Repeater using the recipe below.
2. Fill your inventory with iron nuggets — these are your ammunition.
3. Hold right-click to fire. The weapon shoots continuously as long as you hold the button and have ammo.

Overview

The Iron Nugget Repeater is a rapid-fire ranged weapon that pelts enemies with a stream of iron nugget projectiles. It fires up to 10 shots per second, making it one of the fastest-firing weapons you can craft. Each projectile is visibly flying through the air and hits hard — but keeping up the barrage requires a steady supply of iron nuggets.

What It Adds

The weapon is found in the Combat tab of the Creative inventory.

How To Use

• Hold right-click to continuously fire iron nugget projectiles.
• Each shot consumes 1 iron nugget from your inventory.
• If you run out of iron nuggets, firing stops automatically.
• In Creative mode, no ammo is consumed.
• Each projectile deals 2 hearts (4 damage) on impact.
• Projectiles travel at high speed with very low gravity, flying nearly flat over long distances.
• A firing sound plays with each shot, with slight pitch variation.

Crafting And Obtaining

The recipe is unlocked automatically when you join a world — no prerequisites needed.

The recipe uses iron ingots, iron nuggets, a redstone repeater, and string. You'll also want to stockpile iron nuggets as ongoing ammunition — each kill or crafting session can go through many quickly.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Fire rate: 1 shot every 2 ticks (10 shots/second at full speed).
• Damage per shot: 4 (♥♥) — hits entities only, not area-of-effect.
• Ammo: 1 iron nugget per shot, consumed from anywhere in your inventory.
• No ammo = no fire: The weapon will not activate at all if you have zero iron nuggets (survival only).
• Durability: 512 uses before breaking.
• Projectile behaviour: Low-arc trajectory, making it effective at medium-to-long range.

Progression And Strategy

• Early game: Iron nuggets are cheap — smelt iron ingots and craft them into 9 nuggets each. Stock up before heading into combat.
• Sustained fire: Against a single target, the repeater can unload 10 shots per second, dealing up to 20 hearts of damage per second if all shots connect.
• Crowd control: The high fire rate works well against groups; strafe while holding right-click to hit multiple enemies.
• Ammo management: A full stack of iron nuggets (64) is exhausted in about 6 seconds of continuous fire. Bring several stacks for extended fights or dungeon runs.
• Durability: At 512 shots per item, one repeater lasts roughly 51 seconds of non-stop firing — carry a spare or keep iron handy to craft a replacement.
