Quickstart

1. Craft the Immortal Medallion at a Crafting Table using the recipe below, or obtain it with /give @s com_immortal_medallion_jblwpcoo:my_sword.
2. Place the medallion anywhere in your inventory — you don't need to hold or equip it.
3. A message reading "✦ Immortal Medallion: Invulnerability Active ✦" appears on your action bar to confirm the effect is on.
4. You are now completely invulnerable. Try walking into fire, lava, or attacking a mob — you cannot take damage or die while the medallion remains in your inventory.

Overview

The Immortal Medallion is an epic-rarity handheld item for Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.93. Its item ID is com_immortal_medallion_jblwpcoo:my_sword. Once present anywhere in your inventory, it grants complete, permanent invulnerability — no damage source of any kind can reduce your health to zero, and death is prevented outright. The medallion is non-consumable and will never despawn.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Passive invulnerability — the medallion checks your inventory roughly every quarter-second. The moment it is detected, your health is restored to maximum and you become immune to all damage.
• Health restoration — whenever you take a hit, your health is immediately refilled on the next game tick, so your health bar never visibly drops to zero.
• Death prevention — in the rare case that death is triggered anyway, the game respawns you and the invulnerability effect is re-applied automatically as long as the medallion is still in your inventory.
• Removing the effect — simply drop or remove the medallion from your inventory. The action bar will display "✦ Immortal Medallion: Invulnerability Lost ✦" to confirm the effect has ended.
• Use interaction — pressing the Use button while holding the medallion displays a reminder that you are invulnerable.

Progression And Strategy

• Because the medallion works passively from your inventory, you can keep it in a chest slot and never worry about accidentally switching away from it.
• The item cannot be destroyed in Creative mode, ensuring you do not lose it by accident.
• If you want a fair challenge, simply remove the medallion from your inventory; the protection ends immediately.
• The medallion is a permanent, reusable item — there is no durability, charge, or cooldown to manage.
