Description:
Illager Crime Family replaces mundane illager fights with a themed four-member mafia encounter. Each member of the Syndicate has a distinct combat role, unique textures, and custom gear. The encounter culminates in a multi-phase boss fight against The Don, a 200 HP crime lord who summons backup and unleashes devastating area attacks.
| Name | Role | Signature Ability |
|---|---|---|
| The Muscle | Slow, hulking bruiser | Charged launch punch that sends you flying |
| The Enforcer | Mid-range suppressive shooter | Scripted burst fire |
| The Cleaner | Fast hybrid attacker | Tosses lingering chemical clouds; finishes with a switchblade |
| The Don | 200 HP boss | Boss health bar, cigar-smoke particles, summons backup, phase-two gold-cane ground-slam AOE |
Via Calling Card: Craft the Syndicate Calling Card and right-click it in any world. The card is consumed and the crime family spawns around you. An action-bar message confirms the summon.
Via Spawn Eggs: In Creative mode, open the Illager Syndicate tab to find all four spawn eggs. Use them to place individual family members wherever you like.
All encounters use standard Minecraft combat. There are no special keybinds — the family members' abilities trigger automatically based on range and AI.
Craft at a crafting table:
[Black Dye]
[Paper] [Emerald] [Paper]
[Iron Nugget]
Yields 1 Syndicate Calling Card. Right-clicking it summons the entire crime family; the card is destroyed on use.
Spawn eggs are available only in Creative mode via the Illager Syndicate tab.
A slow, heavily-built brawler. His defining move is a charged launch punch — he winds up briefly before unleashing a hit that sends the target airborne. Keep your distance and use ranged attacks; closing to melee makes you vulnerable to the launch.
Operates at mid-range with scripted burst fire. He fires in controlled volleys rather than single shots, making it hard to close the gap safely. Use cover, circle-strafe between bursts, or suppress him with your own ranged attacks.
Deceptively fast. He opens by throwing lingering chemical clouds that apply status effects to anyone who walks through them. Once you're in range, he switches to a switchblade for rapid melee strikes. Avoid standing in the cloud zones and try to engage him from range before he can close.

General tips:
Press Shift+M to open the Super Duper Stuff Menu — a sleek item browser that hides vanilla items and creates alphabetically sorted tabs for each installed mod while still offering smart categories like Building Blocks, Cool Weapons, Tasty Treats, Wacky Mobs, and Magical Stuff; click any item to instantly add a full stack to your inventory, scroll lists with the mouse wheel or the ▲/▼ buttons, and close with ESC or M. The menu now features louder looping shop music and an animated outer glow that pulses in time with the tune around the existing rainbow border for a flashier, beat-driven presentation; the selected tab is highlighted in yellow and empty categories show a helpful message.

Right-click the Counterfeit Trade item once its in your hand to consume it and summon a hooded Shady Dealer villager who immediately opens a randomized merchant screen offering 3–5 shady trades that swap common junk for valuables; right-click the dealer to reopen and reroll his offers, and enjoy his subtle twitching and leaning animations. Beware: there is a 35% chance he will spawn hostile and skip the menu, and even if he trades, each completed purchase applies Bad Omen and carries a 35% roll to close the screen and ambush you — hostile dealers target the player, fight with a netherite sword in melee, and periodically spit llama-style projectiles. If he doesn’t become hostile and you close the trade screen, he will linger for two minutes and then vanish in a dramatic black cloud of smoke. Super cool enhancement for survival players, and provides a unique opportunity to offload useless materials and gain valuables- but it is not without extreme risk... notch always said it's best to trade properly... but sometimes you have to spice it up a bit. Shaders recommended to enhance aesthetic. This is a Java 26.1 mod.
This mod adds the Creative Catalyst, an item that lets you toggle only your own gamemode between Survival and Creative: right-click while in Survival to consume it and switch to Creative (5 second cooldown, message: Reality bends. You ascend.), and right-click while in Creative to return to Survival without consuming the item (same 5 second cooldown, message: Reality settles. You return.); effects apply only to the player using the item, are handled server-side, and do not bypass Hardcore or other world rules. The crafting pattern remains the same but now uses regular golden apples with a Spider Eye in the center instead of a phantom membrane.
