Golden Pharaoh Revenant

Quickstart

• In Creative Mode, find Golden Pharaoh Revenant in the Spawn Eggs tab and use its egg on a block to summon it.
• With commands, use /summon golden-pharaoh-revenant-osbqojky:golden_pharaoh_revenant_osbqojky or give yourself its egg with /give @s golden-pharaoh-revenant-osbqojky:golden_pharaoh_revenant_osbqojky_spawn_egg.
• Try fighting it in an open area: it can fly toward you, strike at close range, and fire a void lance from a distance.

Overview

The Golden Pharaoh Revenant is a fast, powerful undead mob. It flies rather than walking, does not burn in sunlight, and can be encountered naturally in the Overworld. It is especially likely to appear in deserts and badlands.

What It Adds

• The flying Golden Pharaoh Revenant, which has 100 health and strong resistance to knockback.
• A Golden Pharaoh Revenant spawn egg, available in Creative Mode.
• Guaranteed drops of 1 golden apple and 3 rotten flesh when defeated. Its blaze-rod weapon is not dropped.

How To Use

In Survival, explore the Overworld to encounter the revenant; deserts and badlands are promising places to look. In Creative Mode, use its spawn egg on a block to summon it. The egg has no crafting recipe.

Abilities And Mechanics

The revenant pursues living targets through the air. At close range, its melee attack deals heavy damage. From farther away, it can fire a void lance that deals magic damage, applies brief Wither and Darkness effects, and knocks its target back. The lance can reach targets roughly 3–20 blocks away and is used about every five seconds when a target is in range.

Progression And Strategy

Treat it as a dangerous fight: its high health and rapid flight make it hard to escape, while both its melee strike and ranged lance can punish you. Bring strong armor and healing, and be ready to keep track of it as it moves through the air. Defeating it rewards a golden apple as well as rotten flesh.
