Fourfold Elemental Realms
Quickstart
- Craft a Realm Compass, then use it to open the travel menu. Choose Earth, Air, Water, or Fire Realm; use the compass again and choose Return to Overworld to leave.
- Explore your chosen realm. Its boss can appear nearby as you travel; defeat it yourself to earn that realm’s core.
- Collect the Earth, Air, Water, and Fire Cores. Craft an Elemental Steak with cooked beef and all four cores, then eat it using Use Item to become elemental.
In Creative, you can also take the compass, gear, or boss spawn eggs directly from the inventory to try them out.
Overview
The mod has four explorable realms, each with its own landscape, roaming creature, and boss. The compass lets you travel between them without first collecting cores.

What It Adds
- Four realms and a Realm Compass for traveling between them and returning to the Overworld.
- Four bosses and four roaming creatures.
- Four elemental cores and the Elemental Steak, which grants elemental form.
- Four themed armor sets and four elemental weapons: the Earthshatter Pickaxe, Sky Saber, Tide Trident, and Inferno Blade.
- Realm blocks: Earthstone, Cloudstone, Tidestone, and Cinderstone.
How To Use
Use the Realm Compass and select a destination from its menu. Explore the realm and watch for its boss. Bosses drop their core when killed by a player; roaming creatures may also drop useful materials.
To leave a realm, use the compass and select Return to Overworld. You can use it to choose another realm as well.
Crafting And Obtaining
Cores and realm materials
Each boss drops its matching core when you defeat it. You need one of each core for the Elemental Steak. The cores are also used in their matching weapon recipes.
Earth Shardlings can drop 1–2 Earthstone when killed by a player. Wind Wraiths can drop feathers and phantom membranes; Reef Stalkers may drop prismarine materials or fish; and Cinder Sprites can drop a blaze rod.

Abilities And Mechanics
Eating the Elemental Steak changes you into elemental form, restores your health, and grants fire resistance, water breathing, Strength II, Resistance, Slow Falling, and Speed. The form and its effects return after respawning.
Using the Tide Trident sends a wave in the direction you are looking. It travels about 28 blocks, damages and knocks back targets it hits, and has a short cooldown. The other weapons can be used for their ordinary mining or melee purposes.
Progression And Strategy
- Make a Realm Compass early so you can visit all four realms and return to the Overworld.
- Gather the matching armor materials and prepare before seeking each boss.
- Make sure you land the final blow on a boss yourself to receive its core.
- Keep one of each core for the Elemental Steak; extra cores can be used for their matching weapons.
